Pros:

Very nice, clean, light, stylish rooms. We had a kettle with Earl Grey tea packets and bottled water in the mini fridge. The bed is very comfy, all the electronics worked fine. Several eating spots, cafes and convenience stores nearby

Cons:

The location is a bit far away from the nearest subway station, like a 20 minute walk

The breakfast system is excellent. Employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Air conditioning was perfect.

SWEET AND EASYGOING
Pros:

Glue Hotel in Seoul was such a cozy and welcoming place to stay. Everything was spotless, and the room felt comfortable and inviting. The staff were so kind and genuinely attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience feel extra special and easygoing.

Fijn en schoon hotel in een rustig gedeelte van Seoul dichtbij bezienswaardigheden
Pros:

Het hotel ligt wat meer in een rustiger gedeelte maar op loopafstand van de metro en een aantal bezienswaardigheden. Het is een schoon hotel. De kamers zijn fijn en comfortabel. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In de zomer staat de zon op de rarmenpartij van de kamer te schijnen. Ik merkte wel dat de airco veel moeite had om de kamer koel te houden. Erg fijn dat de ramen open konden. Bij afkoelende avonden kunnen de ramen open. Ontbijt is lekker. Een soort Pokebowl. Ik zou direct weer boeken in dit hotel.

Pros:

Belle chambre avec vue sur le village. Très bon emplacement près des 2 principales palaces et du village Bukchon et quartier Insadong.

Cons:

Petit-déjeuners peu variés (poke bowl tous les matins) et pas de possibilités d'autres choix pour 13000 KWs.

Noisy construction works instead of an advertised beautiful view
Pros:

The location was good: about a 10-minute walk to two different subway stations, also possible to walk to several tourist attractions and malls.

Cons:

The hotel page on booking.com made me believe that all the rooms other than standard ones have a beautiful view onto the old town. This is NOT the case. At the check-in, it turned out that only the deluxe rooms have it, not the superior ones, one of which I had booked. Indeed, our room had a view over a big and SUPER NOISY construction site where works like drilling and thumping and what not started very early in the morning. Obviously, that is not how I wanted to wake up during my vacation in Seoul.

When we tried to explain the problem to the lady at the check-in and possibly make an upgrade, she seemingly forgot all the English, even though she had spoken it quite well just before. Finally, she told us that an upgrade was not possible as there were no more rooms left and would not become available during our stay dates. Terrible.

Other than that, the shower in the bathroom has isolation problems: when you take a shower, the water spills over and the whole bathroom floor, which is supposed to stay dry, turns into a pond.
