Nice location with room for improvement
Pros:

Location. Breakfast area presentation, cleanliness and quality improved noticeably since my last stay in May 2026. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Roomservice has not cleaned room for 3 consecutive days. When I asked staff for the reason, she checked and noticed that room was forgotten. The actual answer was - I guess the staff was too busy and did not get to it. Next to my room they had the same issue.
I believe that the room cleaning process should be reviewed and improved, also the front desk staff should be trained to focus on customer satisfaction

Cons:

Upon arrival, we were told that they had no rooms, even though we had a reservation. They blamed Booking, but I think they just overbooked.
We were sent down the road to Homewood Suites which was excellent!

My priority is a clean hotel and that was met.
Pros:

Highlights: clean! I liked the layout of the room which gave both of us adequate space to put our stuff in convenient places. The staff is polite and I consistently saw people cleaning.

Cons:

The breakfast layout is terrible. Very challenging to access the food that is there due to narrow openings and you can’t really even SEE what is on offer. The quality of the food was definitely less than we have experienced at other hotels. The breakfast area seating is way too limited. Also, be aware that it is a busy area and traffic noise goes on well into the night.

Great location, friendly staff, but walls should’ve been built to consider noises in other rooms.

The location was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was nice.

Cons:

Walls were way too thin, and there were possibly kids above, and below. Things were being dropped above us long after we went to bed Friday and Saturday..after 11:15pm.. Also the bed pillows felt like cotton and were really in bad shape.

The Home2Suites is very comfortable with a great staff.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming and very helpful, the rooms are comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs. We had our new puppy with us and all of the staff made her feel welcome too.
