It fell short of my expectations

The bed size

Cons:

The receptionists were indifferent and didn’t seem to have good communication within their system.
The cleaning ladies didn’t seem to check up and clean the rooms carefully before letting new customers in. We got half of a toilet paper roll (which is definitely not new) the first day we got in and it was out quickly. The second morning after making the room they took the used towels without leaving new ones and also no new toilet paper provided.
The shower didn’t function properly but they didn’t fix it before renting out the rooms.

nice room. friendly stuff. scooter renting in hotel.

Cons:

breakfast on 1 day was buffet and that was good. the other two days “ordering in the evening before”. one day we even did not get neither a coffee nor a juice. in summary: 1 of 3 days it was ok.

there was a super kind girl, who find us and booked for us the Halong bay cruise. she perfectly spoke English and she was very helpful.

Pros:

I loved everything about our stay the location the scenery the staff and everything close and within walking distance
Staff were helpful when we forgot our luggage they brought it to us at bus station and found reasonable prices taxis

Cons:

The mattress super hard like bricks of stone
The breakfast very limited options and really not worth including in your booking because some items not fresh
