Quite disappointed; old and worn items, unfriendly and unhelpful front desk, property dirty and in need of updating

decepcionado en el check out. me hubiera gustado pagar una parte en efectivo y me lo cargaron todo en la tarjeta. me ha sobrado mucho dinero boliviano que tendré que cambiar a un peor tc.
En el momento del pago no me dijeron que tenía que pagar una noche mas y cuando se dieron cuenta me llamaron para pagar y yo ya me había ido. Fue muy incómodo tener que dejar un sobre con el dinero por el pago de esa noche en otro lugar.
Cuando pedí una factura única desglosada me dijeron que no era posible y me resulta poco conveniente tener que presentar tres facturas distintas.
La última vez que fui quedé satisfecho pero esta vez lo cierto es que he quedado muy decepcionado.
EN el dispensador de la ducha solo se ve una etiqueta que indica champú. La otra etiqueta está malograda y no indica nada. Lo lógico es pensar que es gel de ducha para el cuerpo pero me temo que era acondicionador. Para el cuerpo sería la barrita de jabón que es mucho más incómodo. Lo ideal sería poner dispensador de gel de ducha.
