Cons:

Visito Santa Cruz de la Sierras 5 vezes por año faz muitos anos. Nesta vez foi a minha primeira experiência no Los Delfines by Mercure. Estive 6 noites e me entregaram toalhas velhas, encardidas, rasgadas e com buracos; quando perguntei me falaram que era assim mesmo. Para cúmulo, na última noite pedi um outro cartão de acesso (chave de acesso) porque não achei o anterior, provavelmente ficou no hotel, e me cobraram 12 dólares de multa no checkout. Viajo bastante à trabalho e nunca aconteceu isso antes. Importante: os cartões de acesso são velhos, com cores desmanchando, fitas adesivas coladas, nada que justifique cobrar 12 dólares.

Foi a minha primeira e última experiência no Hotel Los Delfines by Mercure, lamentei muito não ter ido ao Hotel LP Equipetrol ou Hotel Ibis. Já me hospedei nesses hotéis e nunca aconteceu isto.
