Behändigt hotell för tågresenärer
Pros:

Lugnt läge nära järnvägsstationen. Bra med fåtölj och bord samt vattenkokare.

Cons:

Frukosten var alldeles för dyr.

Pros:

Много чисто, удобно и близо до спирки на градския транспорт. Банята беше практична, с всичко необходимо. Леглото, завивките и възглавниците бяха много конфортни.

Cons:

Спазването на точния час на настаняване. Пристигнахме около половин час по-рано и ни поискаха допълнително заплащане, въпреки, че стаята беше свободна.

Ich habe mehrere Anfragen im Vorfeld bzgl. des Bettes und eines Late-Check-Outs gestellt. Diese wurden im Vorfeld unzureichend durch eine KI beantwortet. Auf Nachfrage beim Check-In wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Nachrichten nicht persönlich gelesen werden. Ich hatte bei der Buchung wohl meine kleine Tochter (zwei Jahre und daher nicht kostenpflichtig) vergessen anzugeben. Das Personal zeigte sich wieder wenig hilfsbereit und teilte mir mit, dass ich das mit Booking klären müsse und wir das Zimmer aus Brandschutzgründen (!) nicht beziehen können. Eine Stunde später und mit Verweis Booking, wonach das Hotel die nachträgliche Änderung vornehmen müsse, ging es plötzlich doch. Anschließend mussten wir noch zweimal das Zimmer wechseln, weil der Mitarbeiter anscheinend nicht wusste, welches Zimmer Doppel- und welche Einzelbetten haben.

Solides,gut gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Gute Lage zur Stadt, dabei trotzdem recht ruhig gelegen. Zimmer modern, sauber und gut möbliert. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Cons:

Frühstück völlig ausreichend,aber qualitativ so lala. Aber angemessen für den Übernachtungspreis!

Das Hotel ist sauber und geräumig! Es liegt Bahnhof und Innenstadt nah!

Cons:

In der Zeit in der wir da waren, war die Bar nicht vernünftig besetzt und wir hatten keine Möglichkeit etwas zu bestellen. Beim Frühstück für 17,90€ erwarte ich keine billigen Aufbackbrötchen und Rührei gerne als Rührei und nicht als Eierstich. Am Sonntag, es war etwas mehr los, wurde wenig bis gar nicht nachgelegt. Es gab zwischendurch keine Brötchen oder Saft! Auch die Tische, an denen schon gefrühstückt wurde, wurden sehr spät wieder frei gemacht. Da würde ich für 17,90€ etwas mehr erwarten.

Wir haben nur übernachtet und waren angenehm überrascht über das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten einen sehr günstigen Preis. Es liegt zentral zum Bahnhof und sehr ruhig. Gerne wieder.
