見た目は古いですが、きちんと清掃されていて、寝るだけなら十分です
Pros:

見た目は古いですが、清掃はきちんとされています。ロビーはちょっとタバコ臭かったですが、部屋（禁煙）はタバコや気になる臭いはありませんでした。夜寝に帰るだけであれば、十分です。トイレにおしり洗浄機能はありません。付近には飲み屋が多いです。

建物は年季の入ったものですが、綺麗に掃除されているのがよく分かりました。チェックイン時間の相談など、臨機応変に対応してくださり大変助かりました。駐車場までの行き方も地図を下さり丁寧に説明してくださり分かりやすかったです。

Pros:

This hotel is very affordable but of course the building is old, but clean. The parking was off-site, but just a couple of blocks from the place, and the front desk guy was very kind to provide a map and check my parking ticket to be sure I used the right parking. This is the old part of the city, so don't expect a fancy hotel but the service is kind and the room was clean.

寂れた街中の古いホテル
Pros:

初めから清潔なベットで休めれば良いと思い最安値のホテルをとりました。広くてコンディションもまずまずでしたが部屋に冷蔵庫と湯沸かしポットはあってもカップはありませんでした。それからバネがへたったソファーは如何なものでしょうか？それから周辺が廃れてしまって哀愁が漂う様は日本の発展に取り残された悲哀を見るようでした。頑張れと応援したくなりました。

雷雨で目が覚め…脱兎のごとく駐車場へ
Pros:

兎に角、屋外青空駐車場までの徒歩時間（15分位）がきつかった。早朝、車の窓を少し開けっ放しを思い出し雷雨の中確認しに行ったが大事に至らずほっとしたが私の気を付けるべきこともあるが青空駐車場への距離がありすぎも大変なことだと思った。

デラックス シングルルーム 禁煙を宿泊日の一週間前ほどに予約で連休中日で￥4945でした。
外観がとっても古びていて、昼間の明るい時間に見たら予約したことを後悔するほどの迫力というか怖さがありました。。
安い値段なので期待はしていないところはありましたが、フロントの方はいい印象を与えなかった（適当な感じ、説明は一切なし）ですし、チェックアウトがなくルームキーは返却ボックスなるごが用意されているのみ。呼んでもよかったのでしょうが、呼ばれたくないからこそこのシステムなのだろうと置いて帰ってきました。簡単に鍵は取れるのでちょっと安全ではないのでは、と都心に住む私なんかは思います。
部屋は広いのが最高のよいところです。

外観は古いけど御部屋は広いしトイレ バス(ユニットバス)。
スタッフの方もバイクを近い駐車場の説明とわざわざ案内もしてくれて前回も🚃の高田に来た時親切に判りやすい説明を！大満足でした。只周りのホテルと比較して欲しくは無いです。値段的にも大満足高立地条件でした。スタッフの方々有難う御座居ました🍀😌🍀

案内図が欲しい
Pros:

今回4階へ泊まりました。
コインランドリーが3階でした。
ネットの繋がり速度がやや遅く途切れる事があったのが残念です。
毎日ペットボトルの水500mlを1本の心添えは優しかったです。
簡易的な案内図が室内またはエレベーターにある方が良かったです。
