Incredible staff! Overpriced for what was on offer.
Pros:

The staff really made this hotel; they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic with a tram stop right outside. Breakfast had a decent range.

Cons:

We booked a room with a view and were greeted by the back end of a building, which was disappointing for the price. Room was lovely but no nicer than any of the other, much cheaper, hotels we stayed in in Melbourne. Not many vegetarian options for hot food at breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton and would visit this Hotel again if visiting Melbourne.
Pros:

Great location close to public transport. Breakfast was nice with plenty of variety and service was prompt and polite.

Cons:

The self parking is on the top level of a car park so the car is exposed to the elements.
