Pros:

The staff were amazing, obliging and generous with little extras. Room was lovely. Tidy, clean and spacious with lovely decor. Comfy bed, good shower and beautifully quiet. Great breakfast and good location.

Cons:

Can't fault it at all. 10 outta 10

Brilliant location, beautiful rooms, great service.
Pros:

It was very clean, comfortable and had a luxurious feel about the finishing and amenities. Staff were happy to go out if there way to help.

Cons:

Mini bar was almost non existent in the room. You had to order through room service for what you’d usually find in the room. Not really any vegan options for room service other than hot chips and green salad.

Perfect staycation location is perfect for exploring the city.
Pros:

Very clean, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and we had a great sleep. Hardly heard any noise so felt like we were the only ones there at times!

My husband and I were staying for work so didn’t get to explore the hotel nearly enough but it suited our purpose well a

I loved how they had kept much of the old world charming the original building and mixed it with contemporary to create a well blended aesthetic. The restaurant was beautiful and the buffet was excellent with eggs to order as well as cooking , many yummy pastry and bread options as well as a plethora of hot and cold foods available.

The smart TV allowed you to stream from your phone which was handy and easy.

The room was well set out and had all we needed including a coffee pod machine and the robe was lovely!

Staff were very friendly and helpful and an evening text from Harry to check if we needed anything else was appreciated.

Cons:

Having an open door shower is always annoying but not the worst I’ve encountered!
