Location was amazing, staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, beds were really comfortable and the little touches were appreciated.
Frosted glass door on bathroom. Not a deal breaker but I would have preferred something more private.
This was honestly among one of the best hotels I’ve been in. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the ambience was so therapeutic. I’d recommend booking your night here or even just a meal at Luci, the breakfast was great.

Located a few blocks from the Bourke Street mall, this hotel is located near tram stops and in walking distances to the CBD and waterfront. Well appointed, well kept rooms with bronze-toned decor, with good connectivity and charging options. Service was attentive and requests for additional housekeeping amenities were met quickly and cheerfully. Decent breakfast, although continental breakfast only for high-tier Honors members, full buffet for a fee. Small but decent gym.
Great location, rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff were friendly and attentive.
