I had a very good stay, minor quibbles ( wasn’t told about/where to eat breakfast even though it was part of my package, nor was I told about the gym and other recreational areas, when I brought it up the very nice lady at the reception desk apologized and righted my complaint(s). The check -In was a bit lengthy ; for some reason my reservation ( both times) was not in the system and I had to wait at the lounge for about 30 minutes before it was resolved with an apology. The room(s) were very clean and Modern. I Had breakfast once ; it was a buffet style and very good. I wouldn’t not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future. I would like to thank their entire staff for making my stay pleasant.

The overall stay was not bad. The room was clean and bed was quite comfortable.
However, There a few areas of concerns that can be improved upon like The breakfast selection which was very limited and subpar for a 4 star rated hotel.
The customer service of the reception staff was also a disappointing as the reception staff were not friendly neither were they helpful on requests made during the stay.
