Pros:

The hotel was comfortable but basic. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, just in the common areas. Free buffet breakfast included was basic - advertised testaurant was only open for breakfast.

Hotel was in a quiet area but I think they were doing some renovations as there was a lot of hammering and banging during the day.

Is this property build for children only? The chairs in the breakfast room are like 2/3rds height and the sinks in the room’s bathroom was also about 2/3rds the height of the standard bath sink and the light was behind a person standing at the sink. Had to shave my face in the shadows. Is there no building code in Phayao?

Pros:

We loves the hotel. Our room was on the seventh floor and the view was awesome. The hotel is located close to several large restaurants or bars and it is very loud at night. The breakfast in the description says buffet. Every day you have the options. They are rice soup, boiled eggs, a noodle dish and toast. We found a restaurant very close with a great breakfast, Cupcake at Phayao. Amazing!
