Good place to stay for a few days with family if hanging out in Eau Claire
Pros:

Good breakfast, large clean room. Relatively quiet at night.

Cons:

Odd situation where we weren’t given enough pillows for number of people in our room. Guy on front desk said they didn’t have any extras….. luckily lady on morning shift rectified problem.

I had to shovel my car out of two feet of snow and the blows don't come until late so we were stuck with no food

Exceptional experience. Almost better than staying at home!

It just needed to have a few things worked on to become a great place to stay

Convenient location and nice layout.

Cons:

On the day of travel we received a call that the pool was not avail that weekend. The room itself was not clean. The sleeper sofa had old sheets on it with no new ones available, there was food under the sleeper sofa, and overall not vacuumed.

I would stay again
Pros:

That my room was clean and the staff was helpful. The parking lot was cleaned of snow quickly.

Cons:

The pool was not operating. The breakfast hours were pretty short.
