Pros:

We stayed here the night before my husband's surgery.And then I stayed an extra night after as we were from out of town. Parking was so easy.Staff was great, food service was great.We appreciated the convenience and hospitality.

I liked the people who work there. I liked the breakfast.

Cons:

The trash wasn’t emptied each day. I would have liked to have that done. I wished there had been more lights in the room. It felt too dark to me.

Its our go to hotel when in town, but now the parking has gone up. Parking is an inconvenience.

Hotel overall was nice but the amenities lacked.
Pros:

Room and hotel were very clean and the location was great to Intrust.

Cons:

We were told breakfast was included but we didn’t see it anywhere. We were going to eat dinner there but the kitchen wasn’t open. The blankets were very scratchy on your neck and face.
