Ho trascorso una settimana serena e rilassante senza annoiarmi mai!

Colazione ottima e ben servita. Ho chiesto un french toast che non era presente nel menu' e mi e' stato servito uno dei migliori che io abbia mai mangiato!
Il ristorante Azur , davanti alla piscina, ha ugualmente soddisfatto le mie aspettative: una bella varieta' di piatti per una pasto leggero e la sorpresa di una focaccia morbida e calda appena ci si siede!Bravi!
Ottimo anche il servizio di autista per l'areoporto:oggi addirittura siamo stati accompagnati fino ai controlli di sicurezza!

Ho pranzato il sabato a mezzogiorno al ristorante indiano dell'hotel dove viene servito il thali. Io ho scelto il vegetariano, mio marito quello di pesce. Pensavamo a qualcosa di piu' sontuoso e abbondante! In India siamo abituati cosi'!

Our experience at The Oberoi Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional; a genuine 10/10 from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable and delivered a level of hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare.

From the moment we arrived, the incredible attention to detail was evident. Every aspect of the experience had clearly been considered, from the beautifully maintained grounds and exquisite surroundings to the warmth, attentiveness and professionalism of every member of staff. The Oberoi Marrakech is, quite simply, the epitome of luxury.

What truly sets the hotel apart, however, is its understanding of what hospitality should mean. The experience can be summarised in one phrase: “As you please.” It is far more than a slogan, it is a philosophy that is reflected in everything the hotel does. Nothing ever feels like too much to ask, and rather than looking for reasons to say “no”, the team consistently looks for ways to make things possible. Expectations are not simply met; they are anticipated and exceeded.

There is an extraordinary sense that the entire team genuinely wants you to have the best possible experience. It is this combination of impeccable service, attention to detail and an authentic desire to go above and beyond that makes The Oberoi Marrakech so special.

Our stay was truly unforgettable and, perhaps most tellingly, left us wanting more. We departed feeling that we had experienced something genuinely exceptional rather than simply stayed at a luxury hotel.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à The Oberoi Marrakech. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une gentillesse, une attention et une bienveillance remarquables.
Étant actuellement en béquille, j'ai été particulièrement touchée par la délicatesse et la disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel à mon égard. Tout a été fait pour faciliter mes déplacements et rendre mon séjour aussi confortable que possible, toujours avec beaucoup de discrétion et une gentillesse sans égale.
Le cadre est tout simplement féerique : l'architecture, les jardins, le calme et la beauté du domaine en font un lieu véritablement exceptionnel.
La restauration est également de très grande qualité, aussi bien au petit-déjeuner que dans les différents restaurants de l'hôtel. La qualité des produits, la présentation des plats et le service sont à la hauteur du lieu.
Mais ce que nous retiendrons avant tout, au-delà de la beauté de l'établissement, c'est l'extraordinaire qualité humaine de ses équipes. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis et entourés du premier au dernier jour.
Un immense merci à toute l'équipe de The Oberoi Marrakech pour avoir contribué à rendre notre séjour aussi mémorable.
10/10, sans la moindre hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the entire team at The Oberoi, Marrakech for making our stay so special.
From the moment we arrived, we were genuinely impressed by the kindness, professionalism and attention of everyone we met. Beyond the beautiful hotel itself, it is really the people who make the experience so memorable. You can feel that the team truly cares about the guests, and that makes all the difference.
A very special thank you to Oussama at the Front Office, who was always incredibly helpful and welcoming, to Oussama at breakfast for his kindness and attention every morning, and to Rachid, the Supervisor, for his professionalism and genuine care.
There are also several other members of the team who deserve to be mentioned, and we will make sure to thank and recognize them individually in writing.
To the whole team: please keep doing what you are doing. The warmth, the smiles, the small attentions and the genuine desire to make guests happy are what make a stay truly special.

A truly wonderful Hotel

The experience was excellent overall. The beds were extremely comfortable, with high-quality pillows that ensured a great night’s sleep.
