Comfortable cheap but don’t expect apartment style facilities
Pros:

Quiet location at a good price and very peaceful

Cons:

To call it a studio flat is being generous and although the kitchen had many of the big items such as hob/ microwave etc there was no crockery, pans or utensils and nowhere to sit and eat so I wouldn’t regard it as suitable at all for anyone planning to prepare or eat anyhow in the room

Cons:

Even though it is forbidden to smoke in the hotel, our room had a very strong smell of smoke - air, bedding, towels. It was a feeling that we stayed in a smoking person’s home, who frequently smokes inside.

Excellent hotel in district 7
Pros:

Beautiful apart hotel in district 7. Restaurants, artisan coffee shops, bakeries and a very peaceful upmarket ambience. Would stay nowhere else in HCMC. Staff at reception was excellent and pointed me in the right direction for a hairdresser and nail salon. Our room was cleaned daily. Hotel felt safe and friendly.

Brilliant find,
Pros:

What a great find. It was also lovely staying out of the chaos of Ho Chi Minh. A Grab was only $3-5 AUD. Great location for restaurants, spas and walks.

Great find away from the chaos of District 1
Pros:

This was a little gem of a find. Beautiful building, comfy bed, near great restaurants and spas. Walking through local parks and along the river were added bonuses. Will definitely be back

Stay here! It’s excellent.
Pros:

Super hotel in a wonderful and quieter part of HCMC. Many facilities in the local area with superb supermarkets, some nice bars and places to eat. Staff helpful and nice and polite with good English. Clothes washing is free, too!

Great value for money and well maintained throughout.
Pros:

Rooms were clean, modern & very comfortable. Customer service from K was top notch. Location is nice and quiet but very convenient. Relaxed and a nice break from the busy parts.
