Terrible service. Bad room hygiene and breakfast.

Terrible breakfast. Poor bathroom design - taking a shower causes water to flood into the room. Extremely overpriced for such poor service.

The property is ok, however, we had many problems with a lack of hot water, lack of towels, lack of tissue, etc. The noise and construction around the property is horrible.

Me and my son had the best stay ,the food was lovely and the staff was lovely and made us feel.at home ,we will.definately be returning ,what a hotel what a country ❤️

Was good except for construction work on first night.

There is a lot of construction going on around the property at the moment. Jack hammer sounds from right before 7am till around 7-7:30pm. Forget sleeping after 7 am and don’t expect being able to do any work or entertain a call before 7:30pm.

Smoking by guests in the hallways and the smell goes into your room (even though there are no smoking signs in the room).

You can literally hear anyone in the hallway that’s talking as they get off the elevator.

Closet wouldn’t open properly. Bathroom toilet seat was smaller than the toilet bowl.

Requested water and was told it’s on the way but never came. Ended up tipping a housekeeping staff to give me some bottles. Housekeeping is tending to rooms till around 7pm (but it’s not a big hotel).

No business center or place to do any work and the desk in the room could be improved.

Generally, the level of the guests leaves more to be desired at the price range of this hotel. There are better options that are quieter with better amenities in other parts of the city at the same price point.

Aside from all that, the hotel does have some redeeming qualities. The breakfast isn’t that bad (although the coffee is terrible). And they have warm water and a functioning mini fridge (trying to find something positive here).

Overall, would not be surprised if they undergo massive renovation after all the construction around them is completed.

Surrounding the property is a lot of construction I could not sleep. I had to call the police for them to stop. Also the AC fan was so noisy.

Couch, carpet, and curtains are stained.

Staff did not not respond to room safety concern or house keeping request for days after reporting.

Shouting and door slamming from adjacent rooms can be heard all through the night.

Emergency stair wells are used for storing extra pillows, blankets, and other equipment. This makes the stairs unusable, and a potential safety hazard.

There’s ongoing construction around the hotel, which can be heard throughout the day.

Understandably construction work was being done in order to make this hotel more appealing for tourists, however, all pictures showed work was complete and amenities such as swimming pool and jacuzzi were ready to use, however, they were not.

Air conditioning units were very loud and airflow was directed towards faces. Gym equipment was not as described on website or expedia, and was comprised of 3 simple weight discs and a small set of dumbells.

The staff is top-notch. Restaurant is open 24 hours a day with good food and decent prices. I would recommend it and come again.

Loved the breakfast. Just Amazing.
Only thing I hated was the Glass wall in the Bathroom. Even the rolling drape didn’t helped to block the vision.

In the middle of construction surrounding the property. Should be fine when it’s done.

Over all the our stay was very nice. Staff was very helpful and our room was cleaned every day. Only the size of the washroom was very small and cramped.

Construction was going on all night and early morning beside the hotel. No sound proof at all so i couldn’t sleep peacefully
