Pros:

The property was great!! It was very convenient to the concert we were going to at the paycom center. The valet was amazing he had our car ready and even turned on the heated seats for us.

Staff was nice but the environment set them up for failure

The location was good for me and it was clean

Cons:

The parking was supposed to be included but turned out to cost $25 per night while the public parking next door was only $10 per night, the internet required me to call into the hotel off site tech support daily to get it to work, and you have to remove the toilet paper rolls from. You the dispenser because while they look good they instantly jam when you pull on the toilet paper

Overall I recommend this place.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good, staff was very helpful. Easy to check-in and very secure facility. I felt safe. And definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Cons:

I stayed here for the YB concert and I literally had to pay to park my car in the garage. That was a little of an inconvenience.

It’s not worth it if you’re on a budget.
Pros:

It was close to the convention center

Cons:

Didn’t like the hotel parking was valet only that was the whole point of me staying at a hotel next to the convention center to walk back-and-forth. Had to pay $10 to get in to the parking garage, then had to walk to the hotel.

Perfect hotel for anyone who’s looking to go to a thunder game

You’d be hard pressed to find a hotel that’s closer to Paycom center than this one, and the pricing is very affordable

Pros:

the waffles were good but only because you made them.

Cons:

The bathtub had a ring around it when we checked in and all the workers did not appear to be happy to be there. Why charge your hotel guest $32 to park especially if they are disabled? We stayed here last year and it was great everything the staff, room, and the breakfast. The breakfast was awful oatmeal and gravy was watered down ugh.

Easy in and out, comfortable stay and great staff.
Pros:

The location right next to the Convention Center was perfect for what we needed. We could walk to many areas and attractions. The staff was always available and it was nice to have breakfast available with different options as well.

Cons:

There was some highway noise and industrial noise on the first floor but it was not so much that it prevented sleeping, just a little noticable. The Valet option is expensive and will probably try for the garage accross the street next time instead.

Voyant manifestement que je n'étais pas bilingue français/anglais, la personne a l'accueil n'a fait aucun effort pour ralentir son débit de parole alors que je lui faisais comprendre que je m'efforçais de comprendre ce qu'elle me disait avec difficulté. J'ai arrêté de la faire répéter et ai pris la clé de ma chambre en n'ayant pas compris une partie de la tirade d'information qu'elle m'a communiquée.
