My stay was great. This is a perfect business hotel, but very well situated with the new shopping mall below with many food options. Only comment I would recommend is that the breakfast be improved.

Their personnel is amazing, I felt welcomed and they are very professional, congrats to them! Lunch was incredible, so tasty, really a 5 star hotel :)
Only one thing that needs to be renewed is their air conditioning in the rooms, they are old and should be upgraded already, it is either too hot or too cold in the room.

Pros:

Pontos positivos: Quarto amplo e cama confortável. Café da manhã excelente! Ótima localização.

Pontos negativos: A equipe de limpeza não repõe os amenities todos os dias e os atendentes da recepção deveriam ser mais corteses com os hóspedes.

Trânsito ao redor muito complicado
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado. Vista da cidade maravilhosa.Porém as obras e o trânsito ao redor requer muita atenção ao planejamento ao aeroporto.

Hôtel bien placé, avec un accès direct au centre commercial et non loin du métro. La réception est au 17ème étage. A noter qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de personne pour le check out qui a été assez long alors que nous étions pressés, de plus l'accueil est impersonnel. Les chambres sont confortables et ont une belle vue. La salle de bain est très étroite par contre.

Um hotel bem localizado, com um rooftop muito legal. Hotel com acesso a um grande shopping com muitos restaurantes nas proximidades. Quarto confortável e pessoal da limpeza nota 10. Não tenho do que reclamar exceto o fato de ser um pouco complicado pegar uber pois os ubers não podem parar em frente ao hotel pois são multados, mas logo vc se adapta.

En líneas generales el hotel me pareceió fantástico.
El único aspecto que, en mi opinión, debería ser mejorado es el tema de la ducha y la regulación de la temperatura del agua. El Box de la ducha no estaba bien sellado con silicona y generaba una fuga de agua que mojaba el pido del dormitorio. Por otro lado el reguladore de la temperatura del agua no estaba funcionando, porque el agua salía o muy fría o muy caliente, pero fue imposible lograr un termino medio. Por lo demás un excelente hotel. En mi próximo viaje volveré a hospedarme en el Santiago Cenco Costanera.

Wonderful Staff and service. Beautiful rooftop bar with amazing sunsets opens at 4pm. There is a mall attached which has amazing restaurants and shops. If you turn right out of the hotel you will a nice area with tons of bars and restaurants. Love the location and would highly recommend
