L’hôtel a un bon potentiel. Les chambres et les équipements sont modernes, l’emplacement est pratique et il y a suffisamment de places de parking. Wi-Fi de bonne qualité. Check-in/check-out simple et rapide

Cons:

Nous avons malheureusement été assez déçus de notre séjour de 3 jours. La chambre n’a pas été faite une seule fois pendant tout notre séjour.

L’accueil était également souvent vide. À plusieurs reprises, il n’y avait personne pour nous accueillir ou nous renseigner lorsque nous en avions besoin, et nous avons parfois attendu près de 15 minutes.

La propreté de la salle du petit-déjeuner laissait aussi vraiment à désirer. Nous nous y sommes installés une fois vers 15h et la salle était encore très sale après le petit-déjeuner du matin.

Nous sommes arrivés avec une très bonne première impression, mais sommes malheureusement repartis déçus.

Location. Room was comfortable, plenty of space.

Cons:

We only went to breakfast twice. First time, not enough seating. Second time staff was not keeping food available. At least half to 2/3 was empty including coffee.

Everything was very clean and great location

Cons:

We booked a king bed with a pull out sofa, were given a queen, the pool was shut down for our whole stay and with two littles who were excited to swim, that was disappointing. Breakfast was subpar at best. To get some one at the front desk to check in, I had to call their number.

Average. You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Nice location. Modern design. Complimentary breakfast was decent but very basic.

Cons:

The room had glitter on the carpet floor and bathroom floor. The bathroom door was almost impossible to lock - poorly installed. The main door to the room was gappy on the bottom and let in light at night, and squeaked every time it closed. Linens were not changed.
