The location of the property and surrounding restaurants within walking distance. Everything was decently clean.
The walls were all beat to hell. The place needs a coat of paint bad. Seat cushions all over the place (lobby, bar, and room) all need replaced, they all look dirty and stained. Mattresses were definitely budget store mattresses and you could tell they were very used. It seems none of the walls had any sort of sound deadening, we were woken up multiple times at very early hours of the morning from other people moving around and just the noise from other doors being opened and shut. It almost sounded like they were opening our door sometimes it came through that clear. The amount of busses taking up good parking close to the lobby entrance was very frustrating. They should have a designated parking area for busses further away from the entrance so that they can prioritize the customers that actually have to walk to and from their cars.
The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. We were able to go to the pool for a little bit, which was enjoyable. Initially, we were a little disappointed in the food options near the hotel. Buffalo Wild Wings is a few feet from the hotel, I was not impressed. I do not recommend the Blue Watermelon drink. Very syrupy and sweet. Back to the food options. That was our mistake because there are PLENTY of food options literally down the street and around the corner (GO Right when you leave out of the parking lot). Highly recommend the cafe on the corner. Carnegie Diner and Cafe. Unlimited mimosas for $20. However, you do have a 2 hour drink limit.
The hotel is quiet. However, you HEAR EVERYTHING. You can hear the toilet flushing in another room. The toilet in your own room may scare you. it's loud. That was a true turnoff for me. Besides that everything was enjoyable.

L’emplacement était super pour visiter New-York, le service de transit NJ à proximité est un gros plus. Les restaurants et le Wal-Mart à distance de marche sont aussi appréciés. Le stationnement gratuit, la buanderie et la table de billard sont aussi digne de mention.
L’offre déjeuner n’est pas super.

There’s not enough handicap parking. There were cars parked in spots with no handicap tag and staff didn’t seem to care. Fridge didn’t have water in it . Toilet didn’t flush properly i had to flush it twice.
