Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Frühstücksangebot völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Auf Booking.com steht leider nichts zur Saunanutzung. Es steht nur, dass eine vorhanden ist. Für Saunagänger war sie Enttäuschung groß, dass die Sauna nur zwischen 17.00 - 21.00 uhr und nur auf Anfrage nutzbar ist. Deshalb haben wir eigentlich gebucht und konnten die Sauna gar nicht nutzen.

Einmal und nie wieder !
Pros:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet hatte der Obstsalat schon Flecken und einiges Obst war überlagert!
Wurstaufschnitt war alt und hat bereits verdorben gerochen , auf unseren Hinweis beim Personal wurde dieser damit beantwortet dass evtl. nur der Spießbraten Aufschnitt und nicht alle Schnittwurst für den unangenehmen Geruch verantwortlich wäre und Sie würden nu die Platte tauschen !?
Ohne Worte !!!!!

Pros:

De locatie is super tov centrum Keulen , het treinstation ligt letterlijk naast het hotel. De kamer is top en proper, het ontbijt is heel gewoon (allemaal met afgebakken broodjes ...)wel meer dan genoeg. De zaal van het ontbijt is heel industrieel en sober. Wij zijn geweest in volle kerstperiode en er is niets van versiering..., voor een hotel in Duitsland ....

Cons:

De mannen aan de receptie waren vriendelijk maar bij aankomst hadden wij een madame die waarschijnlijk niet veel zin had om aan de receptie te staan, ze was super kort wat inderdaad niet vriendelijk overkwam.
