Pros:

Location!!! Just 6 minutes away from Tokyo station. Subway station (Ginza line) is just one minute walk from the hotel. There is a seven eleven at the hotel entrance. Quiet area. The room size is quite good compared to other hotels and the room is so clean. I can definitely recommend it.

Pros:

Location. A direct train ride from Hanaeda Airport then a 5 min easy flat walk to hotel.

Cons:

The price. Its quite pricey for a 3 star hotel.
Also, one side of the bed right next to the wall which made getting in & out of bed cumbersome.
