Good hotel with nice amenities
Pros:

Location was really good, not far from Tokyo Station, also above Ginza line which has a great coverage. There is seven eleven downstairs which makes it convenient to grab quick breakfast or snack. They have amenities section in the lobby which has a nice varieties of teas and skin care amenities that you can take to your room.

Cons:

The room is slightly on the small side with not much shelves or drawer space. There was almost no room to open a large luggage.

Great location, great room
Pros:

Location is great. Kyobashi subway station is just 2 mins away... and Tokyo/Nihombashi stations are within 7-8 mins walk. There's a 7/11 below the hotel which is super convenient. Room size is decent compared to Tokyo standards. Lobby has baskets full of toileteries/cosmetics whenever needed. Room cleaning and towels etc are serviced in the mornings only when you place a sticker outside the door that seems a bit inconvenient for a vacation, but perfectly manageable. Staff was very helpful in any case. Bathroom/shower nice and clean.
