Pros:

Amazing breakfast, staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Spacious bathroom.
Close to the city center (1-1,5 km), also close to a lot of restaurants and bars ( there's a former factory, 500m from hotel, that is now converted in a amazing place with a lot of bars)

Location was great, but that is about it

Cons:

The bread at breakfast was mouldy!!! The fruit was half gone off. The bathroom wall had stains all over it, the hotel is in overall bad shape, not well maintained at all. Leaks on the bathroom ceiling and under the wallpaper, no soundproofing whatsoever. Barely any amenities, no mini bar, the staff hangs out with the employees on the small terrace where there is barely any space, just unprofessional

צוות גרוע ביותר.לקחנו את החדר ל 5 ימים.כשגיליתי ביום הראשון שהכריות עשויות מנוצות ביקשתי להחליף לכריות אנטי אלרגיות מכוון שאני אלרגי לנוצות.התשובה הייתה שאין להם.לא דאגו לצרכיי.
כמו כן בצק אאוץ ביקשתי עזיבה מאוחרת וביקשו תשלום 60 לארי.שילמתי עבור כך.
כשבאתי לקבל את החדר נאמר לי שהחדר מיועד אך ורק למזוודות לאחסון ולא לנו.מאד כעסתי על כך.
אמרו לי שאם אני רוצה להשתמש בחדר להוסיף עוד כסף דבר שלא סוכם.הרגשתי ממש שרוצים להונות אותי.דבר שלא הלכתי לו.לכן עזבתי בכעס רב והם היו ממש קשוחים ולא היו מוכנים להתגמש.

Соотношение цены и качества, персонал, завтраки. Чисто

Cons:

Не возможно подъехать на такси до гостиницы, пришлось пешком топать с чемоданом до площади, чтоб вызвать такси. Так же ,по прибытию.

Pros:

Расположение хорошее, в центре города. Чисто, завтрак нормальный. Номер чистый, есть даже зубная счетка и паста.

Cons:

Минус, что нельзя доехать прямо к гостинице. Такси не видит это адрес и надо идти пешком с чемоданом.

Long story short i would rate this property 3 star not 4 star ..
Pros:

Location and ambiance of the property are nice i would say not in a cafeteria of 4 star hotel i would say 3-star max i would rate this Proparty

Cons:

Morning breakfast was less options coffee is paid ret food not that great ... I would say better not booked ur room including breakfast in 25 30 Lari you can eat good breakfast from outside... Also i asked from room upgreat which was free but it did not upgraded also tv was not working old school tv is installed over there which not working properly towel and bathroom accessories are not of great Qulity staff members was good to talk but thy did not do anything after beend told .. Bingo was a nice guy but might not be able to helpfull..

Pros:

Самый центр, близко магазины, рестораны, вся бурная жизнь. Удобно добираться до любой точки в городе. Не плохой завтрак.

Cons:

В туалете было грязно при заезде. Вода в душе не стекала и при первом приеме душа немного затопила всю ванную комнату. Полотенца не меняли и не убирали в комнате все наши три дня проживания. Сами ходили просить туалетную бумагу.
