Pros:

The room itself was nice, although the cigarette butts on the balcony were a bit of a bummer. It was large and bright. The room itself was clean and pleasant.

Cons:

There was no internet connection in the room, either Wi-Fi or mobile data. This was critical for me, as I left immediately after checking in, but I never got a refund.
There was no view of the sea from the window, although this was a requirement for the room when booking. It was also very noisy due to the busy road outside the window and poor sound insulation.

Pros:

Заселение ночью в 01.00 без проблем, бронировала за час до него, нормально для ночёвки 1 ночь, не более. Надолго жить тут конечно не вариант, а так всё нормально. Старая громоздкая мебель, пьяным категорически нельзя выходить на балкон, жили на 6 этаже, перила по колено)) а так прикольно.
Ванная хорошая, принадлежности, чайник

Да всё соответствует ожиданиям, для экстренной ночёвки 1 ночь хорошо

Pros:

Очень понравилось отношение владельца и его брата, а также всех в в принципе. Мне поменяли номер на другой по просьбе и я остался на несколькодней ещё. Я хотел, чтобы было максимально тихо и это был именно тихий номер.
Владелец Очень хороший человек, во всем помогал и отвечал на все вопросы и просьбы. Побольше бы таких людей в мире. Спасибо за гостеприимство.

Cons:

Грязно, постельное поменяли только один раз при заезде, и то когда указали им что оно грязное… одеяло в пятнах, убираются вообще ни как.. заплатили за окно, а от окна одно название.. не советую парам и с детьми!!! Не понимаю как у этого отеля такой высокий рейтинг.
