Great location. Good sized room. Staff were accommodating and helpful, especially when we had to call the NRMA for two flat tyres (they let us stay and get it all sorted in their car park- safe off the road)
Rooms were a little worn but this did not matter for our family. They were spacious and the one room apartments are very handy when you are staying more than 2 nights.
The location was excellent. Great security parking for our car while we explored the area on foot.The breakfast had a great selection of choices.

Location
Basic cleaning was not done informing that cleaner does not work on public holidays, so not a single day cleaning was done during our stay. If this is the scenario, then this should be told before booking the place.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful
Bathroom was a bit dirty and room was a bit dusty. Air conditioning was quite loud
The breakfast and spa pool
We werent advised there was room issues with our original suite, we could only be compensated with a breakfast voucher as we werent going to be around the next day to enjoy the correct room.
The food at restaurants were good
Our card was charged 600 for the tv damages that was already there during our check in. This charges happen without explanation from the hotel. We have email but with no response. We have called the reception and they keep asking us to write an email to the office.
The only thing we liked about the property was the location of the hotel. Everything else was absolutely a poling!!!!!
Everything from check in was a nightmare was going to be overcharged luckily I was on to it!!!! Staff were half asleep and not knowledgeable to the room to the bed being unbearable to sleep we had the springs poking our spine and back all night!!!! The air con sounded like it was going to break down!!!! Needed extra pillows took 1 hour after 2 calls later to bring them to the room was told housekeeping wasn’t available was gone for the day and we needed to wait till reception could come up!!!!! Unexceptionable on all forms and fronts!!!!!
The worst breakfast from the moment we entered The manager was too busy laughing with his staff member we were not even acknowledged but told if we wanted coffee there was a charge fair enough but he didn’t want to be the there the food was cold and a huge fly buzzing over the scrambled eggs!!!! No staff to be seen the fruit looked like it had been there for days no taste and old!!!!
My best friend ended up vomiting and extremely unwell due to the lack of food hygiene and food being there for a long period of time!!!! This all needs to be addressed Pronto…. Worst hotel experience ever!!!!!! Have never ever experienced anything like this before!!!!!
Everything was great, room was clean, staff were friendly, bed was a little hard for my liking but still comfortable. Easy walking distance to main street.
