Not as expected, very outdated.
Pros:

Close to Westfield, 24 hour reception.

Cons:

Our first room had cockroaches, so they moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the rooms are also very outdated and small overall.

Close to the mall.

Cons:

No water provided. Shower was lacking and changed temperature randomly. No cash accepted for anything. Coffee was like drinking warm milk.

The bathroom was dirty and missing the plug to the bath. The beds were also very uncomfortable and easy to slip through as they are just two single beds pushed together

Pros:

We recently stayed at **Mantra Parramatta** and overall had a reasonable experience, with a few positives and some areas that could use improvement.

The room itself is starting to feel tired and a little dated, and could benefit from a refresh. That said, the linen was clean and fresh, and the water pressure and temperature were excellent — plenty of hot water, which we appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we did experience a couple of disruptions. Housekeeping knocked on our door before 9am as they believed we had already checked out, which wasn’t ideal for a relaxing morning. Additionally, as some of the apartments are privately owned, maintenance work began early with drilling and hammering. While I understand this may sometimes be unavoidable, we were later told reception had been advised of the works — however, this information wasn’t communicated to us at check-in.

To their credit, management did respond appropriately once we raised our concerns. They provided a complimentary bottle of wine and free parking (which we are still waiting to see refunded), and they were apologetic about the inconvenience.

Overall, while there were some frustrations during our stay, the staff were responsive in addressing the issues. With better communication and some room updates, the experience would be significantly improved.

Very convenient and servicable experience.
Pros:

Great location in Parramatta. Friendly and professional staff. The room was very clean and kept very well and when we asked for room service the staff were very quick and efficient in their response and service.

Cons:

The air conditioning was very loud. The tiles were coming off the wall in the swimming pool and it did not make it very inviting. There was no EV charging station.
