Bang on the metro line, easily accessible.
I wish there was a locker, there were some important documents that I carried and worried about its safety
Staff was good, room was also clean everything was nice but the food was extra expensive
Expensive food
The baggage handler arranged our dinner and helped with our luggage. Very good.
Checked in at 2130 hrs on 07/10/25 and checked out at around 0930 hr on 08/10/25 due to the horrible state of the room/toilet/and dinner access.Will never recommend this hotel. I will give it a ONE STAR rating. PLEASE REFUND MONEY FOR TWO NIGHTS which I had told the receptionist before leaving.
ROOM: single coat rod above the kettle. 🔥 hazard. Unkempt and disgusting room. 1 small table close to the windows and bed, Literally had to squeeze around it.AC remote of no use so used fan. Too much of light from outside through gaps around the blinds making it hard to sleep. Fridge old and seals cracked and not in use. Bedsheets old and thin also the pillow cases. Time to throw them out
TOILET: very small and very dingy, soap dispenser old not good for shower, did not have a shower after a long journey due to the shocking state especially of the floor. No partition to prevent water from building up over the entire floor. Can get tinea. Toilet seat loose and rear part of toilet seat broken could have faeces on it. No mop to mop up water on the floor. Did not take off our shoes due to the hygiene concerns.
RESTAURANT: No restaurant and was told to phone if we wanted dinner and to use our mobile. No one answered so the baggage handler brought us dinner which we paid for on checking out the next day.

The curtains were improper, looks like sleeping on platform.
There were slides instead of curtains and they didn't cover the window, the sun light came through the space in between in day time and at night could not sleep as always felt some one is seeing inside from the other property.
Very bad room, fan was making noise, ac was also not proper and uncontrolled temp.
