Pros:

Location was right off the highway. It was also easy to find the hotel

Cons:

We booked ahead of time but still had issues checking in. We had three different rooms where the keys didn't work.

Experience was good for the price
Pros:

Loved the hospitality of the check-in and check out person. Jacuzzi was a great amenity. The breakfast was good with a decent selection eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal.

Cons:

The remainder of the staff needs to work on friendliness. The wi-fi was a very poor signal. The toilet had a hard time flushing, but did flush. The bed was very stiff, pillows flat, every time your turn in the bed it would squeak loudly. Live roach in bath tub.

Pros:

Staff was pleasant, hotel was clean, we did complain about noise (after midnight) and they did attend to those people to turn it down

Cons:

The walls are paper thin, we could hear every door slam, tvs, and walking through hallways making it very difficult to sleep. The shower was little more than a trickle and the water came up to your ankles, the drain needed to be unclogged

Pros:

The room was clean. Staff was nice and attentive. The place needs small upgrades like painting around door jams and fixed window treatments. Did not use the pull out hot tub. Breakfast was meh.
