It was comfortable, airport shuttle was fanastic and staff were professional and helpful
Pros:

The staff were professional, helpful and attentive. The location is superb, very close to the airport. They provide airport shuttle 24 hours, round the clock. The drivers are extremely courteous and professional.

Cons:

The rooms lacked ambience, water was lukewarm. The hotel was not the four-star advertised its rating is more akin to a two-star.

Below mediocre accommodation, free breakfast is not free.
Pros:

Good water pressure

Cons:

The rooms were not very clean and dated. I booked the room that said “breakfast included” clearly in the listing and they claimed it is a mistake on booking.com’s end - very rude about it and said the only way we could get breakfast would be to pay $15 each. How about you fix your listing on booking.com so it isn’t false advertising?

Me and my mom we are staying at the hotel and it was nice 2 nights
Pros:

Comfortable, affordable, location, staff friendly , close to airport , clean, AC very good, shower, towel is perfect, coffee maker fridge…etc … perfect.

Cons:

-A lot of flys inside the hotel !
-The restaurant inside the hotel very poorly needs some improvements!

DON'T Look for breakfast.
Pros:

Clean and near stores.

Cons:

Breakfast was stated in the app as included for 2 but the staff said it wasn't. They didn't consider giving a complimentary one either. So if you're looking for a place with breakfast included through outside apps, you may be surprised.

Stay anywhere but here.

The staff were nice and they rent their parking lot spaces for long term stays

Cons:

The entire facility was so dirty. I arrived very late to this hotel from a delayed flight and needed to get up within a couple hours to leave for the next leg of my trip otherwise I would have left and went to another hotel. It was so dirty from the visible water damage and bugs. I kept my luggage on the tile floors and made a makeshift bed in the bathroom. I should have booked the Holiday Inn across the street originally. For certain all of the other reviews stating the hotel is clean and nice are fake reviews for sure.

Property is a little run down-pool not open and it’s not luxurious but bed was great and staff was very friendly.

Really appreciated airport service. OK for one night.
Pros:

Convenient to airport. Great airport transportation! Quick breakfast was OK.

Cons:

Old and worn. Question safety regarding fireproof doors etc. Bathroom very bare bones and poor ventilation. Breakfast was included in our first night but we were told we didn’t qualify for it the second night. Don’t understand why but we weren’t going to argue about it.

Kort men bra.
Pros:

Då vi bokat med tredje part ingick ingen frukost trots att det stod i våra dokument. Men trevligt nog så fixade personalen det. Mycket uppskattat och bra service.

Cons:

Tråkigt att poolen inte var i bruk, annars inget att klaga på.
