The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we had our room upgraded to a King presumably due to low occupency. Our room was fantastic - plenty of space, clean and modern, really well laid out with everything you could need from the kitchen and laundry. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was a short walk to the train station, bus interchange, shops and restaurants.

Sebel staff were simply outstanding at their jobs: very welcoming, able to anticipate needs (thanks Jade for offer of an umbrella on a rainy day without even being asked), helpful with local cafe suggestions, and able to collect couriered items.
The housekeeping team were 5 star. Absolutely sparkling clean rooms.
Other notes...
Closet space was extraordinarily spacious and very well designed. There was a light to cover that area. Baggage could easily be stored there too.
Bedside tables were spacious and bedside lamps allowed enough light to read.
Full length mirror in bedroom.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early from our flight and we could check in straight away. Excellent location, in the middle of the township and supermarkets and other amenities across the road.

Fabulously comfortable bedding. The pillows were of various softness & hardness levels. Top quality linen & towels.
Kitchen.....
Happy with the very well set-up kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, a dishwasher , an oven, induction rings, cutlery & crockery, pots & pans & utensils. All quality equipment and sparkling clean.
Felt a very safe hotel, as a woman travelling alone.

The Sebel management team in Moonee Ponds is really topknotch with their training: to be expected in a 4 star hotel but other 4 star stays I've had in Melbourne seem not to do anywhere near as well.
Loved the gentle natural fragrance of the shampoo, conditioner, soaps.

Only for our room could we not use the air conditioning as it wouldn’t turn on, but we had the doors open for a nice natural airflow instead.
