Exceptional location walkindistance to train, tram & buses. King rooms are exceptionally quiet. Bed was pure luxury. Top quality fittings. Loved it so much I booked further stays. Thanks to Stacy for her support

Cons:

Tiny negative point, room 310 balcony chairs were filthy. I cleaned the chairs then discovered my feet were black. Needs a quick scrub.

Pros:

Location was central to everything from the Shopping Centre to restaurants and places to eat. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade on my arrival. The room was quiet and comfortable.
