Non working appliances and outlets
Cons:

Outlets don’t work in room , pool closed , fridge and microwave non operational. Fridge damaged m medication due to not cooling properly.

12 minutes to our destination.

Cons:

The pool was closed by the health department back in January and no notice given until at check in desk! Main reason we chose this place was pool.Mildewed shower curtain. Hairs on tub ledge.Loud air conditioning so no sleep. We had nowhere else to stay so stuck.

La ubicación, tenia que hacer una tramite y es lo único que hay cerca... lamentablemente no hay opción, pero la ubicación es muy buena hay muchos servicios restaurantes cerca que puedes ir caminando

Cons:

la limpieza y el mantenimiento del lugar se ve que no le han metido mano, la habitación esta llena de polvo, la alberca no sirve, la luz del baño no servia bien, el equipo es muy viejo , la tv, una radio que estaba ahi no servia, la cafeta esta muy polvorienta

The staff was very nice friendly and helpful.

Cons:

TV controller didn't work. Refrigerator didn't work. Your beds don't move don't do anything they're hard as a rock and they're very very distracting. To try to get a good night's sleep. And your breakfast were very lacking for everything for a quality inn there wasn't much quality to it.

Rooms smelled of cigarettes. Bedding had stains all over it.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. Other than it was close to TIJ airport.

Cons:

Rooms smelled of cigarettes. Bedding had stains all over it. When we notified office, she stated we can go to front desk and pick some linen and change it ourselves.
