It’s conscience and location
The room we were in 104 had a stopped up drain and water was all over our room I called the front desk and there resolution was to bring us 3 large towels to sop up the water well we got charged 66 dollars because the towels got rust on them from the water

Great choices at breakfast. Hot or cold cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. Morning staff very friendly. Everything was available didn't have to ask for anything. Drank coffee watched the news. Very comfortable.
Shower....
The water in the shower didn't get hot enough for me. Shower was cold to Luke warm..

The staff was very accommodating and even the cleaning staff was warm and friendly. I do not usually eat breakfast so did not take advantage of the breakfast. The rooms were very clean, roomy and the beds very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. So many shops in the immediate area to shop and eat.
I can't think of anything negative. The train does run by in close proximity so the noise may bother some people.
I personally enjoyed the sound and brought up childhood memories.

Beds were comfortable
I asked for late checkout while we needed to stay for a basketball tournament later in the day. The front receptionist the first day said no problem and confirmed till 130. The next day att 11am there was pounding at my door to leave immediately. I explained to the house keeper we had late checkout and she continued to say checkout is at 11 multiple times not listening to me when I told her I had late checkout till 130. So I proceeded to downstairs and they said that was fine but then as I walked up to my room my key wouldn't work, I told the receptionist downstairs and they said there's nothing they can do. We couldn't use the pool anymore and felt like we did something wrong and felt very uncomfortable to stay and my kids were upset they couldn't swim when it was over 100 degrees.
Comfortable beds, clean, a/c worked well
Not much items for breakfast, but the location, accommodations, staff and security was very good! It was quiet in the evenings so that was really nice. I needed to check in early, which they accommodated for a fee, but it really made it nice since I didn't have a vehicle, only public transportation. Staff are very courteous.

The staff was wonderful! The room however wasn’t . The a/c wasn’t working properly, the matters was old , squeaky, and the shower curtain had been hanging on by literally threads as it was almost torn off . As I mentioned the staff was Awesome!!

Gute Lage für einen Zwischenstopp nach einem langen Tag im Sequia NP
Check in and Check out staff were super friendly and very welcoming. The oatmeal cookies were amazing. The area was relatively quiet for downtown. Lots of parking spots available in front and on either sides of the hotel. The pool was perfect for the hot weather. The gym was small but perfect for my evening workouts. They have 3 different machines and a whole rack of weights up to 50 lbs and a weight bench. Weekends were pretty busy for the breakfast area but slower during the week. The room was very clean and comfortable. The view was nice as well. Nice water pressure in the shower as well.
