Nightmare experience
Pros:

Worst Comfort Inn experience I have ever had. The man who check us in was incredibly rude. We asked if they had any room not facing the street. He said NO. I asked where the elevator was he said THERE ISNT ONE. We then asked for a ground floor room. He said WE ARE SOLD OUT. He then said he had a 2 bed toward the back. Before we agreed he cancelled our current reservation and then said that will be 37 dollars more. We never agreed to that and then he was yelling at us to quit changing our minds. He reinstated our reservation but said that will be .27 cents more. Seriously??? When I asked for help getting our luggage up the stairs He just laughed at us. Then told us we should have requested
a ground floor unit. My husband is 70 and I am not far behind. We have checked the website there is nothing about not having an elevator.
Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 or in there case 7:30. No plugs on or near the bed. We had to move the dresser for my husband to plug in his CPAP with an extension cord.
Nightmare experience.

Pros:

I stay here every time I’m in town. It’s a convenient location, and always clean and comfortable

Cons:

It’s close to the freeway, so sometimes it can get noisy. Parking can be tight and limited
