Cleanliness
6.5
Multiple reports of unclean rooms: food on the floor, cockroach in bathroom, hair on towels/blanket, some areas described as aged/appearing dirty; several guests explicitly noted cleanliness issues.
Service
9
Consistently praised staff (named staff like Jennifer and Nancy, friendly and helpful front desk, excellent service) and multiple comments recommending the property because of staff.
Location
8.8
Frequently noted as convenient — right off the freeway, near stores and restaurants, close to family — strong positive sentiment for location and access.
Room Quality
8
Rooms often described as spacious and beds very comfortable, but some guests reported worn carpet, older fixtures, and a few reports of a worn mattress or maintenance issues.
Amenities
7.5
Mixed: positives include a working ice machine and breakfast area; negatives include closed or shabby pool/jacuzzi, noisy elevator and occasional maintenance/cleanliness issues in common amenities.
Value for Money
8.8
Several guests called the stay affordable and comfortable and said they'd return — overall sentiment supports strong value perception despite some issues.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast repeatedly praised (fresh, well-stocked, clean serving area); a few mentions of lunch packs at departure; overall very positive for on-site food offerings.
Overall Experience
7
Overall mixed but leaning positive: many guests would return and highlight comfort and staff, while cleanliness and some amenity closures lowered the overall impression.

Good overall, but check the shower drain.
Pros:

The lobby was clean and the ice machine worked! The AC in the room was perfect. And the bed was extra comfortable

Cons:

The tub didn’t drain properly at all and it was dirty. Otherwise, the property was good.
