Amazing, definitely will be back.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating and Nancy was amazing! She had so much energy even with it being a busy festival weekend, she really made us feel at home and even gave us so much support and encouragement for our baby thats due in June! We definitely already talked about coming back to this hotel every time ! Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, beds were amazing and my pregnant wife was in heaven after those long days at the festival, our whole group enjoyed every moment spent in our room.

Best stay around town, for the budget traveler. hands down best staff, - written April 13, 2026.
Pros:

staff was great. location was great. breakfast was GREAT! this is not a luxury hotel but this did the job and did it very comfortably. felt safe at all times, felt taken care of at all times. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN if in the area, no question asked. Thank you to the staff!

Cons:

the pool was a bit dirty but its OK, it was so hot outside that im pretty sure most people did not want to be outside anyways. everything else met our expectations and more!

Excellent Hotel... Met Our Needs--Close to the Freeway and a Family Event
Pros:

Multiple breakfast items were available which made it easy to choose different items each day... including fresh eggs, sausage, bacon, and muffins, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, pastries.

Managerial and support staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful... Kudos to NANCY for providing excellent service ...
our stay was very enjoyable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

Honestly, we can't list anything.... We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place to stay for Coachella. I’m sure the prices are very good any other weeks of the year!

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Prices were increased outrageously for the Tennis Tournament. Way too high. I was also given an ADA room with a shower that was difficult to use. I don't recall agreeing to that and I didn't request it.

Hotel suites were spacious and clean, but the vicinity of the hotel was chaotic.
Pros:

Large rooms with high ceilings, equipped with microwave, refrigerator, seating area couch, and a desk. I just wish there was more central lighting instead of multiple low wattage lamps.

Cons:

Location was busy with multiple businesses in the vicinity beside a freeway on-ramp. There was also overgrown vegetation in some areas.

Great stay. Right next to the freeway entrance.
Pros:

Arrived early and the front office staff was so friendly and helpful. We were able to check in to our room, luggage and all. Perfect timing, as we were headed back for our second day of the Indian Wells Tennis event. I would mention the lady who assisted us, but I didn't get her name.
The room was spacious with a seating area and small fridge.

Cons:

Everything was great and as expected.
The only thing that we didn't realize was that the hotel is a single building with one elevator, right in front of the registration desk. We unloaded our luggage thinking we would stow it behind the desk until check in. Once we heard we could check in right then, we took everything back to the car and drove around the hotel. Then back to right where we started. We felt a little stupid. I'll blame it on the heat. Anyway, it all turned out good.
