All good. Will return.
Pros:

Room we were in good size. Breakfast was ok. Can't complain. Works for me.

Cons:

Other properties have cream cheese, peanut butter, hard boiled eggs, different types of juices etc... for breakfast. Could of offered these things for breakfast. But its ok. Cleanliness, friendly staff made up for it. :)

Pros:

Staff were excellent. Walkable to downtown Davis. Quiet area. Nice breakfast included.
Room comfortable and a good price.

Great place to stay with plenty of amenities. A little pricey, but on-point for the area.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. The hot breakfast was really good. The location was nice. Lots of food choices nearby. It was nice to have a seating area with coffee table and a desk with chair separate from the beds. The power supply choices were great. Free parking was perfect.

Cons:

The in-room heater was very noisy throughout the night. I wish the breakfast drink choices included water. The door wouldn't open on the opposite side, even though the access card lit the lock up green (unlock), and it wasn't after-hours. We had to then drive the car back around to the front and enter that way.

Okay but noisy.
Pros:

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff pleasant and accommodating.

Cons:

Noise travels easily between the walls and the floors. Could hear conversation in adjoining room as well as the sound of running water any time someone used the bathroom. Any footsteps from the room above us could be heard as well. Sound insulation definitely needs attention.
