Exceeded my expectations and made my experience better.
Pros:

Upon checking in the staff was amicable and very knowledgeable. They engaged and asked questions in order to make my stay a great experience. I highly recommend and will use your services again.

Extreme Value For Money. Well run establishment.
Pros:

I was met at the front desk by a professional and friendly person. I checked in with no issues. The room was immaculate and cheerful. I really appreciated the quiet hours the hotel implemented. The halls were quiet and everyone very respectful. The breakfast in the morning was adequate. Was constantly being monitored to make sure that there was plenty of food for everyone. I felt very safe and secure not only in the hotel but, the surrounding area. It was a very pleasant experience.

There isn’t a thing that I can criticize.

The AC unit was very loud so that we could not keep it on at night and we couldn't sleep due to the heat, they said they'd look into discounting the rate for that and the manager will get back to us, they never did get back to us with that, they said they'd refund the $50 deposit, they have not done that yet.

The people who are at the front desk are amazing and accommodating. Good complimentary breakfast!

Cons:

There were other guests eating and drinking at the pool. The rules said no food etc and literally this guy had pizza and beer in the hot tub. Would monitor that better so other guests can enjoy the facilities..
