Nice, centrally located hotel with good parking facilities
Pros:

A hotel with a good location and with fine parking facilities. The staff was well qualified and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The bed was too soft. And it was difficult to adjust the air condition (it had to be done centrally by the staff at the counter)

One of the loveliest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
Pros:

We loved the location firstly. Then the atmosphere as we walked in was lovely. The rooms were great. The facilities - bar, lounge, outside tables etc all great. Breakfast fab - made even more enjoyable by the staff in the eating areas in the mornings. The place feels small and exclusive but is actually quite big.

Cons:

Only one tiny peeve - we asked one receptionist about a local beach - could he recommend it? He said no - telling us to go to Ile de Re. Later saw that the beach at La Rochelle is perfectly fine but too late for us to be able to use it. That guy (the American) was the only negative about the whole stay. Other staff were fab.

Tolle Lage, tolles Personal, tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet und das gesamte Haus machte einen gepflegten und angenehmen Eindruck. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das äußerst zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Personal. Bei Fragen war jederzeit jemand ansprechbar und man hatte das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein.

Sehr praktisch war auch der Parkplatz direkt auf dem Gelände. Dieser war überdacht und schattig, was gerade bei warmem Wetter sehr angenehm war. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass wir unser Auto bereits vor dem offiziellen Check-in dort parken konnten und auch ein früherer Check-in möglich gemacht wurde. Ebenso durften wir das Auto nach dem Check-out noch für weitere zwei Stunden stehen lassen, sodass wir ganz entspannt noch die Stadt besichtigen konnten. Das war wirklich sehr entgegenkommend.

Ein weiteres Highlight war der 24/7 verfügbare Wasserspender, den wir als sehr praktisch empfunden haben. Insgesamt gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Perfect location, very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Location was perfect, but very very hard to get to by car (we came from a parking lot on the other side of the city, close to the Tour de la lanterne). The GPS did not help, it kept directing us in impossible routes and we turned in circles 3 times to get out. Excellent service. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It was hard to get to it and parking space was tight.
