Disappointing
Pros:

Location was good and had a nice bar.
Rooms were nice (although no air con and couldn’t open the windows - just had a pedestal fan to try and keep the room cool).

Cons:

No air con
Didn’t serve breakfast - just left to make our own way out
Couldn’t open bedroom windows

Very noisy until 2am, so unfortunately I would not recommend d.
Pros:

Nice room, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Very noisy. Even though we were told that the doors were shut at 11pm and no staff would be on the premises, there was very loud music playing and staff in the bar until at least 2am.

Good choice of venue for what we needed.
Pros:

Room was clean and quiet.It had a nice pub restaurant but we didn’t use this due to going to a family event.The grounds were nice and clean and plenty of parking and the staff were inviting on arrival.

Cons:

The only thing I would like to see is breakfast on site especially as they have the facilities to do this with them already providing meals there.We stayed here a few years ago and was hoping feedback was listened to concerning breakfast but even without it we had a peaceful night sleep in comfortable rooms .

Pros:

Uitstekende locatie voor een bezoek aan Oxford. De S1 bus stopt voor de deur en brengt je in een half uur naar het centrum van Oxford.
Fijn terras en zeer vriendelijke bediening.

Cons:

De kamer (no 6) was heel comfortabel. Goed bed. Het was alleen erg warm omdat de schuiframen niet open blijven. Gelukkig is er een ventilator voor verkoeling.

Bed and bedding comfortable, staff very nice, dinner at restaurant was great.
I would stay here again

Cons:

We were here during the heatwave, and all windows were closed when we got into the room. It was really hot. The windows just barely open. We had the room in the corner so at least we had a little breeze coming through.

Staff were really lovely, extremely helpful and friendly. We felt very well looked after.
Pros:

Situated within walking distance to the lovely village, full of nice shops, cafés and pubs. Beautiful place to go and visit.

Cons:

Not something that can be changed due to the property being Older, but you do get some noise from the road at night. As it was hot, we had to have the windows open. I’m not bothered by this, but it could be a problem for some.

Perfect for my needs. Very relaxing very friendly and a great menu.
Pros:

For me the location is perfect for visiting friends and family in Witney.
I have stayed here for a few days for the last 5 years and this was my best stay to date. Everyone was very friendly the menu and food was very good we had something from the menu every night excellent.

Cons:

The rooms are looking a bit dated now.
The rooms have everything you need for your stay. There well looked after and very clean.
