A localização é muito boa!
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, pois foca perto da estação do metrô que leva para todos os lugares...

Cons:

O ar condicionado não funciona e nem o ventilador, porém como fomos no verão e a semana estava com a temperatura boa, o quarto não ficou tão quente, mas com ondas de calor nesse período tem que avaliar para pelo menos o ventilador funcionar!

Il semble que j'ai eu une des rares chambres dont la clim fonctionnait

Cons:

Ascenseur en panne! 4eme etage avec une valise, par un escalier raide, defraichi et aux marches inegales, quand on a un certain age, c'est penible. Et on ne peut pas dire que le personnel se soit precipite poour donner un coup de main... L'hotel necessite visiblement une renovation complete. Petit dejeuner aux normes de l'etablissement, c'est a dire indigne.

Budget hotel in a good location and good price
Pros:

Staff were nice and friendly, hotel very near Convention Metro and not far from Montparnasse station. This is a budget hotel, good location and price but it is in need of updating but the rooms were clean and bathroom was nice. Breakfast was fine and adequate.

Cons:

No aircon or fans in the room, so keep this in mind in the hot weather.

Lokalizacja. Posciel super czysta biala, ręczniki białe zmieniane codziennie

Cons:

Łazienka moglaby być bardziej sprawna. Chociaż wiedziałam gdzie jadę i nie spodziewałam sie luksusu.

hors temps de canicule l'hôtel est correct
Pros:

remise des clés rapide, tarif annoncé = tarif payé, propreté de la chambre

Cons:

la période de canicule n'était pas favorable à apprécier la chambre: le lit était chaud, la salle de bain aussi (même en sortant de la douche), la fenêtre donnant sur la rue, le ventilateur n'a pas suffit à me permettre de dormir (mais au moins il y en avait un !) - escalier peu engageant pour aller à l'étage; murs usés

Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le personnel très aimable, la chambre était propre et confortable. L'emplacement est calme mais des commerces et transports ne sont pas loin. Et la climatisation en pleine canicule était un vrai bonheur !!
Je remercie grandement toute l'équipe pour la qualité du service proposé.
