Even with Paris standard I don’t think it deserves 3 stars.
Pros:

Location just very short walk from train station.

Cons:

Rooms and toilet were very small barely have space to open suitcases. There was nothing in room except bed and toilet.

Pretty good overall staff were amazing
Pros:

Rooms were pretty good clean and tidy as expected, right next to the train station (regional/metro)

Cons:

Just a minor the air con was a bit loud but this is just me
