Comfort Inn & Suites LaGrange East

The room was filthy. The tile floor in the bathroom had some kind of film on it, it was slippery like walking on a greased floor besides being dirty. The bath tub did not look clean and corrosion all along the safety bars of the tub. Paint was peeling on the ceiling and a cockroach found in the room. This hotel needs to be re-modeled.

Jason was very nice and helpful! We really liked him! but the room was disgusting! Filth! Do not stay here!

The bathtub has a horrible stain in the bottom of it. There were roaches in the room. I went to the breakfast, and the only thing there was was a few Link sausages there was nothing else and I didn’t come at the end of the breakfast it was roughly in the middle of it. And as far as the staff goes, I never saw anyone but one person when I checked in, and that includes at breakfast in the morning. There was no one in there.

Upon arrival and getting to my room: Tv doesn’t work phone doesn’t work,alarm clock doesn’t work. Additionally,roaches. Pool looks filthy green color water. Air condition, leaks inside of room and room smells has a file Oder like mold. I should get a refund.

Assigned room has not been cleaned and dirty bedding was in a pile on the sofa. Went back to front desk - thought key didn’t work on second room so went back to desk again. As it turns out, the door simply wouldn’t open without body slamming it. It was late, we were tired, so we just dealt with it. Room wouldn’t cool even set at 60 degrees, stained carpet, uneven flooring, volume didn’t work on TV rendering it useless (no, it wasn’t muted), bathroom door couldn’t clear the toilet. The only positive we could come up with was fantastic water pressure. Truly disappointed.

Beds were clean and comfortable but there were stains on the carpet, broken closet doors, no iron in the iron holder, broken toilet paper holder, stained bath tub and toilet don’t flush well. Had to relish or hold the handle down. The complimentary breakfast was no good.

Jacuzzi tub in room didn’t work, otherwise decent property.

This stay was so disappointing. We arrived 15 minutes before check in and were told none of the rooms were ready due to a housekeeping shortage. We sat in the lobby for 15 minutes and then handed our keys after shift change. The room was unclean, both from the last guests and generally needing a deep cleaning. There was urine on the toilet, spider webs in the corners, stains on the carpets and bed skirts and dusty. Our family member had roaches in their room although we did not see any in ours. The Holiday Inn next door was fully booked or we would have moved.

Rooms were clean. Tub showed some stains but was clean. Sink was slow to drain. Overall good stay.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff! My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! Really comfortable bed and pillows. We couldn't ask for anything more and we are appreciative! We love LaGrange! Off topic..We Just moved to Virginia but I would love to live in beautiful LaGrange!

Our first room was locked from the inside… we went to the front desk and waited for the employee to come in from a cigarette break to have the same issue then get moved to a new room.
I booked this hotel partly hoping for the free breakfast, but didn’t realize the breakfast didn’t start until 7a and we needed to head to the airport by 630a. Most hotels we’ve stayed at have had breakfast available at 6. I would’ve found a different hotel had I known this, as this was not the cheapest option…

Beds were comfortable though.

My stay was great

We checked in at the hotel at 3 pm. received our room keys , we’re told that the pool wasn’t working. We continued our way to our venue . When we returned our keys were not letting us in the room while waiting for the manager to assist us a woman answered from our hotel room and said they had rented it earlier in the day. We had a King disability room and the said he was sorry someone made a mistake and put us in a double queen room that was not very inviting. The mirrors were filthy the floor had stains all over it . The phone wasn’t working the radio time clock wasn’t working. We went to the desk and couldn’t find any one it was well after midnight by this time so we ventured across the street to Wendy’s and returned but still didn’t see anyone . We ate and slept sitting up and was awakened by a maid at 9 am knocking loudly to clean our room . We left instead of causing a scene but We will never stay in a comfort Suites ever again … This was in LaGrange Georgia

It's a convenient location for food and gas

Overall property condition is pretty poor. Staff is friendly and helpful but hotel needs a complete refresh

Pool looked absolutely disgusting. They would be better off leaving it empty then to leave it green and full of debri.

The hotel was dirty and have a roach infestation would not book again

The hotel was ok. When you walk in, it reaps of musk and male cologne or fragrance. When i walked in my room, it smelt like dirty mop water. The mirrors were oily dirty and the bed skirt was stained. The wall of the tub was mildewed. I made a list and took it to the receptions to give to housekeeping. The next day, it was slightly better but i just bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. The only plus about the room was the garden tub.

I couldn't use the shower because there was mold in the grout. The onsite laundry was out of order, the pool was green and kind of terrifying.
It was ok if you just need someplace to sleep, but It was pricy for the lack of amenities.

The hotel itself was a little sketchy the hallways smelled the tub was dirty and the room had roaches. I will never stay here again.
