Horrible place. Don’t stay here unless you just want to party
Pros:

There is a great local brewery not far from the hotel. Great food.

Cons:

The whole place was shabby. The pool was tiny and the pool deck was dirty. The elevator seemed to barely work with the doors not closing on more than one trip. The halls and room were swelteringly hot and our air conditioner kept banging every time it turned on and off.
But the WORST part was the adjoining room. We booked one room and the other guests were no loud they might as well have been in with us. My daughter was to compete for gymnastics early in the morning so I called the front desk about 1am to complain about the noise. The guy was so rude and just said well yeah, people are drunk from the bars. Like duh. He came up and was standing outside our room as we were leaving just to tell me he didn’t hear anything. Clearly they heard me on the phone - since the walls were paper thin.

We ended up leaving in the middle of the night and cancelling our plans the next day. I literally drove home in the
Middle of the night rather than stay here.

We stayed with staff and with family, and it was perfect for everyone!
Pros:

It was wonderful to have breakfast that met all the staff's needs, and we loved the crazy slide in the pool!

A great hotel in a great location!
Pros:

The staff were friendly at all times of the day and evening. Complimentary (basic) breakfast was good, pool looked fun, gym looked well equipped. We had a large group and needed to meet as a group a few times and we used the comfy area of the lobby. It was a great hotel. Also, there is a tons of necessities in the area (restaurants, liquor store, dollar store, pharmacy, activities). If I ever need to come back to Calgary, I will stay here again. 😀

I do not believe the comfort I had warranted the price I paid
Pros:

Great location, breakfast food was good

Cons:

The waterslide pool was pretty small and it was only open until 9pm. The breakfast room was incredibly small and with people trying to even get food and get out it was a big challenge. My mattress was broken and the springs were protruding on the one side but closer to the middle therefore the metal springs dug Into my hips.

Comfort in
Pros:

The room, amenities, and breakfast.
Good supply of shampoos. Big TV, quiet at night. Felt secure and safe. Staff were friendly and kind.
Beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Cons:

The room carpet was not cleaned or vacuumed.
The fan by the window had old dried bread in it.
The thermostat was not in great working condition. The coffee machine water filter was filled with debris.
Pool and hot tub were not heated to temperature on Thursday evening.
There was a hole in the wall from the door.
Good location but traffic is really dense.
Room table and chairs are dated and doesn't fit the room.

Overall it was good.
Pros:

Beds were soft & comfy. Location was good.

Cons:

We found shards of glass on the floor in our room, which I often stood on. Having plastic cups/goblets at least, in the room would have been nice for our wine.
