Informed the front desk that my safe did not work, she asked "if I needed a safe" I explained that I wanted to secure my passport and valuables, her response was," does the lock on the door work?, and we are going to get rid of those safes anyway,and it's a very safe area". The room is a little dated, and could use a refresh, breakfast was ok

Great last minute choice
Pros:

Everything about the Comfort Suites was perfect for us. Nice size room, comfortable beds, good price. We flew in one day early to avoid the snow storms. Used Booking.com while stopping for fast food. Comfort Suites was close by, so we booked it. Boy did we pick a winner. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to Stay
Pros:

Comfort Suites Jacksonville Airport exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lot of choices… rooms were spacious (I got the large suite) and was close to restaurants and hwy. Front desk also was extremely helpful in helping me secure a shuttle to the cruise port and I parked my car there for a $7/day which was way cheaper than the cruise port. I had a great stay and will be back.
