Close to the airport with good shuttle service. Clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff.
Nothing to complain about. Breakfast choices a bit limited.

Me encsntó la amabilidad de todo su personal, la cercanía del hotel al aeropuerto (tienen servicio de transporte —shuttle— o incluso se puede caminar desde la terminal 3) y el desayuno de cortesía.
Todo me gustó.
Le camere hanno un sistema di riscaldamento rumoroso, non funziona correttamente il termostato. Aria calda ed aria fredda si alternano senza un senso. Se spegni il sistema di areazione continua a buttare fuori aria. Nonostante l’intervento del manutentore nulla e’ stato risolto.
Breakfast hours were not available for our early departure. The room was excellent because of the layout and amenities. The bathroom lighting was just right. Congratulations to the room design team.
We wanted to ask for a takeout breakfast box, but no one answered our calls to guest services or restaurant.

$28 cabride as we were extremely tired and didn't want to wait for the shuttle.
This is really two hotels. the Four points and the Element, so the layout was a tad disjointed. That said. The room we were assigned in the Element section of the hotel was a large efficiency suite, so that was nice.
The heat in the room was too high - and yes we could have turned it down but didn't want to fiddle around with the thermostat. The bed side light was burned out - which is something that housekeeping should have spotted and dealt with before the next guest checked in. Apparently there was a breakfast for guests (or at least included in out room rate) but there were really no signs to identify where. The single shuttle running from the hotel from terminal 3 did not show up in a timely fashion - we had to take a cab for $28 which was disappointing. In the morning - the shuttle back to the airport was difficult to spot with the driver not announcing the shuttler was available for loading - it looked like a transit van and there were too many people for the shuttle and staff on the front desk were very little help.
