The breakfast was great; it exceeded our expectations. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The shuttle bus was an excellent service. Location to airport was just what we needed.
The only issues we had were that the safe in 762 did not work despite the technician coming and trying to fix it. Also the blinds in room 762 were jammed and we were unable to open them up to get some light into the room.
Für die ersten Nächte ideal, da man nach 12 Stunden Anreise nicht noch ewig mit den Öffentlichen oder teuer mit einem Taxi hinfinden muss - wenn man den Shuttle erwischt. Wir haben leider den Shuttlebus mehrfach übersehen und verbrachten über 1 Stunde mit warten, bis wir dann die 500m zum Hotel gelaufen sind. Der Eingangsbereich ist identisch mit dem Four Points Hotel, auch der Shuttlebus trug das Four Points Emblem un nur ganz klein das Zeichen vom Elements. Wir haben am Airport zwar einen Fahrer eines Shuttlebusses, der zum Four Points am America Drive fuhr, gefragt, ob wir mitfahren können, das wurde uns aber verweigert mit dem Hinweis, der nächste Bus sei unterwegs.
Die Fahrt in die Innenstadt dauert etwa 1h, das muss man bei allen Unternehmungen mit einkalkulieren. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, es läuft allerdings eine Lüftung, die nicht abgestellt werden kann. Evtl. hört man auch Fluglärm. Wir nutzen speziell angefertigte Schallschutzstöpsel für die Ohren, da störte uns das nicht weiter. Die Fenster lassen sich leider auch nicht richtig verdunkeln, wer da empfindlich ist, muss ggf.eine Schlafmaske benutzen. Es gab in unserem Zimmer einen kleineren Hebel zusätzlich an der Armatur, über den man gefiltertes Wasser, welches bei weitem nicht so extrem gechlort geschmeckt hat, zapfen konnte.
Der Poolbereich hat keine Duschen oder Umkleideräume.

The shuttle driver was a true professional. After the arrival it went downhill!
First, there is no clear indication exiting the airport that this hotel is a Marriott hotel. We waited and waited for the shuttle not knowing that the name of the hotel is Four Point with Westin and Marriott is not listed on the airport board of hotels which was confusing thus we waited for an hour until another shuttle driver told us to look for Four Points.
were given a room during check in that had existing food (KFC) in the refrigerator. When we asked for another room, the key didn’t work. We eventually got a room.

That the restaurant and bar close before 11pm. I got in on a late flight and the options for food was extremely limited. The breakfast that’s included everything was cold and not very tasty.
Bagels and pastries and yogurt were good though
