Room was great.
Comfortable beds. Good linens
Breakfast was good but cold.
$28 cabride as we were extremely tired and didn't want to wait for the shuttle.
This is really two hotels. the Four points and the Element, so the layout was a tad disjointed. That said. The room we were assigned in the Element section of the hotel was a large efficiency suite, so that was nice.
The heat in the room was too high - and yes we could have turned it down but didn't want to fiddle around with the thermostat. The bed side light was burned out - which is something that housekeeping should have spotted and dealt with before the next guest checked in. Apparently there was a breakfast for guests (or at least included in out room rate) but there were really no signs to identify where. The single shuttle running from the hotel from terminal 3 did not show up in a timely fashion - we had to take a cab for $28 which was disappointing. In the morning - the shuttle back to the airport was difficult to spot with the driver not announcing the shuttler was available for loading - it looked like a transit van and there were too many people for the shuttle and staff on the front desk were very little help.
Great location! 5 minutes to the airport. Fady on the front desk was very welcoming and gracious.
This was pretty much perfect for an airport hotel. The room was spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette. We took advantage of the excellent-quality free cooked breakfast, and were very glad we did, as our morning flight wound up being delayed by a couple of hours. We were pretty much the only ones getting breakfast at 7am, so the service was very quick. Once we finished up breakfast, we caught the shuttle and made it to the airport with plenty of time. If the weather cooperates, you could easily walk to Terminal 3 (and from there take the train to other terminals) instead of relying on the shuttle - people even bring luggage trolleys from the airport back and forth to make it easier. Sadly it snowed the morning of our departure so we had to use the shuttle.
The little shop off reception was out of plain sparkling water / club soda when we stayed there.
The hospitality and professionalism of assistant manager Front Office
Everything basically - the excellent staff at reception, breakfast and the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. Specially Prasant at reception went out of his way to help out and cleaning staff who are most instrumental in keeping the Element as shiny and clean is people like Marlene who was very helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, specious and furnished with little kitchen and loved the blanket and the bed which was very comfortable. The swimming pool with hot whirl pool was the highlight of the hotel. Overall there was very good vibes as soon as you enter the hotel.
Very clean smelled great and 24 hour pool is a plus!!
Breakfast was OK..reasonable for us.
All was good
I really liked it … walking distance from airport
Nothing
Property is near the airport and has free shuttle service which makes it more convenient
The heater is not working considering it is winter time. We called the front desk multiple times to ask for assistance, first staff (a lady) said she will come over to check, but 30 mins passed and no one showed up. We called again, a male receptionist tried to fix it AC/ heater but realized that it is not working well. He stated he wil check if a heater is available at their storage room but never came back nor gave us an update. The room is freezing.
