Pros:

Location next to Old Town is great. Nice pool with outside bar. Breakfast was good. Rooms comfortable.

Cons:

Seemed slightly disorganized during check in as they had my friend's name on both rooms though I had made reseration.

Fiquei triste, pois o potencial do lugar é bom, mas deixam de fazer as coisas, não sei se por preguiça, cultura ou o que. Pior ainda deixam bilhetinho pedindo tip por algo não feito. Café da manhã, então, até compreendo, pois é a cultura, mas todos os 10 dias foram iguais, nada de variação, mesma coisa.

Breakfast was wonderful. The pool and hot tub are well taken care of and being open 24 hours is a nice bonus.

Cons:

The rooms need an upgrade as well as the carpets in the hallway. We come here every year and we would love to continue coming here if the facilities could be remodeled.

Not staying here again.
Pros:

Location was okay.

Cons:

Rugs were smelly in some areas. The room also had a little smell. Toilet had issues flushing, sheets were stained, AC did not cool the room properly. AC on common areas felt turned off, specially in lunch and Arcade Area. Elevator were extremely slow, and sheets not towels were replaced. Not staying here again.

Limpio pero le hacen servicio total cada 3 días nos dijeron solo cambio de toallas si las pones al piso. Si necesitan que todos los días las limpien hay que avisar a recepción
