Been staying here for about 25 years. Have seen many ups and downs. Love the location adjacent to Old Town. Always clean and comfortable.
They are now charging for parking. And the app they use sucks. And the staff is rude when questioned about this by long-time guests.

La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, el desayuno excelente muy variado, el personal muy amable, y lo mejor q hablan los dos idiomas inglés y español, queda cerca de los parques, y cerca de muchos lugares de comida, también tiene un parque de atracciones al lado, una de las mejores cosas era la piscina y el JACUSSI 24 horas al día súper, se los recomiendo.
Solo el sofá cama donde durmió mi niño, ya está de cambiar , se le sienten los springs y fue bastante incómodo para él, de lo demás todo excelente.

The room had a horrible smell like mold, the door locks didnt work hard time opening doors the beds were dirty there was roaches in the room and the sink were clogged the elevator takes like 20 minutes to come down, the elevator inspection was expired
