Dommage d'avoir vécu de tels désagréments qui ont gachés notre séjour.
Pros:

En raison de tous les désagréments que nous avions rencontrés, on a eu beaucoup de difficultés à éprouver un bien-être dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

Très moyen, pour une fan de thé que je suis, quand je me servais de l'eau chaude provenant des thermos, je trouvais dans l'eau des déchets noires que j'ai montré au personnel à la réception.
Accueil pas très professionnel à la réception, tout dépendait du personnel, lors de notre chek-in, la réceptionniste nous demanda si l'on voulait des draps, couverture pour le canapé, à la remise de la literie, elle oublia de nous fournir les oreillers que l'on pensait trouver dans les armoires et oublia de nous signaler qu'il fallait signaler avant 10H à la réception, si l'on désirait un nettoyage dans notre chambre. On a dû réclamer de nouvelles serviettes de toilette.
le lendemain on trouva des punaises et cafard dans le lit et dans la baignoire. Déplorable !! Nous les avons récupérer afin de le montrer à la réception. Le réceptionniste était écoeuré.

Location was good, right next to state capitol. Breakfast was decent, although options were limited. Severe lack of washers/dryers, so it was virtually impossible to do laundry at the hotel.

Cons:

Rooms smelled terribly of dust and mold, nevertheless it was still relatively clean.
