Everything was great
Nothing to complain about
Location was good for me as breakfast was pretty good surprise. However, the cleanliness issues made us hesitant to eat the food as well. We ended up making waffles because the batter is cooked fresh and served hot, and we chose mostly items that were individually packaged and sealed. It was unfortunate that the concerns about cleanliness affected our ability to fully enjoy the breakfast too.
The cleanliness was definitely a disappointing aspect of our stay.
We found Cheetos and food packaging tucked away near the bed, between the bed frame and the bedding/blanket. The TV remote was also very dirty and sticky, which was particularly unpleasant to handle.
In the bathroom, there was a significant amount of dirt accumulated in the corners that looked like it had been there for quite some time. There was also a lot of dirt outside the entrance mat, right by the door.
We noticed similar issues in the elevator. There was a considerable amount of dirt accumulated in the gaps around the elevator doors, which gave us the impression that cleaning and attention to detail are not a priority at this property.
Honestly, we even felt hesitant about sleeping in the bedding because of the overall cleanliness. Since we were leaving early the next morning, we decided to stay anyway, but it was definitely frustrating, especially considering that cleanliness is something we expect when paying for a stay like this.
The water in the cooler with lemons was missing & it's usually there
They kept the place super clean. The staff was amazing and so sweet. They even kept the pool clean. Really nice place to stay I really enjoyed it.

We were on the 2nd floor as soon as we got to the 2nd it smelled like mold and mildew. Room was worse. The bathroom was not so bad. Rooms with carpet, carpet needs to be ripped up.

Was good but the lady who was serving us always had an attitude
I found a sock in the pillow of the bed
In the pool area there were people drinking liquor and loud music until late, next to my room there were about 12 people in one room fighting and screaming. Completely unsure, I notified all this to the hotel they did nothing, I do not recommend this hotel at all
Friendly staff in a nice area.
The shower in the room needs some new caulk, or updating. They were clean, but looked dirty.
I like the room and comfortability
The bathroom in room 203 is set up weird. I know it can't be changed but the door blocks the shower entrance
The location is great. The staff was pleasant.
Very outdated and the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Only one remote for two televisions. We had to get a working remote. The microwave was missing the glass to put your food on and didn’t work properly.
Breakfast was standard hotel fare but a bit above average. The items were expected but probably appeal to most people. The room was very clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location was good; only about 10-12 minutes from where we wanted to be most of the time.
The room had a mild musty, maybe pet (?) odor on walking in the door but it wasn't offensive.
