Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Really can’t go wrong. Nice customer service. Friendly. Decent sized rooms with a large bathroom. Clean and maintained. No sign of wear. It sits on a hill so you have a bit of a view. I was pleasantly surprised by our stay. Would certainly stay here again. We stayed here going to Holiday World. It’s an hour drive but worth it given the numerous places to eat. Secret summer tip: about two blocks away is a really nice municipal pool called River Run.

After a long day traveling tbis was a great and restful place to stay the night.
Pros:

The view was wonderful and the breakfast in the morning was great. There was plenty of selection. Also, the shower had soooo much room and was great!

Cons:

For some reason my room smelled musty as if there was something leaking or had been wet and not dried properly. I didnt find anything wet but rhe smell was sure there.

Location was great. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The floor in my room felt like it had boards coming up. A little trouble walking after I had surgery. But the room was nice and clean.

Location, Clean, Valuable & Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Refrigerator didn't work, we plugged it in & started working.
Tub seal was ripped so only shower could be used. With 2 small kids (4 & 6) it was a bit tricky, but we managed. Minor issues. Everything else was excellent.

The location is wonderul and quiet. Stand always pleasant. Hotel is pretty clean

The location is wonderful, up on the hill overlooking the city. Very quiet. The room cleanliness was pretty good, but the shower needed a bit more cleaning. There were a few hairs. But overall, very good. We do stay at this Fairfield Inn when visiting the area.

Shower could have been cleaned a bit more.

Clean, welcoming and convenient for Louisville.
Pros:

A very clean hotel. Exceptional service at the desk on check-in. He was welcoming and gave me all the information I needed for the stay. Pleasant breakfast staff and the food was hot and tasted good. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area again.
