Good location - easily accessible - there is construction taking place at the present, so I would ask about that before booking, Pool was "closed for chemical maintenance" but it did not appear anyone was actively attending it. It is a nice layout if it is ever usable though. Breakfast buffet ran out of coffee by 9 AM and I never saw it being refilled. Does not offer housekeeping services during your stay - you can request additional towels. Desk staff not exactly warm and welcoming in the late evening (may be the owner's kids working it?) and they were not dressed professionally at any of the times we saw them manning the desk. We asked for room on a higher floor and were told there was no availability - but the hotel was basically deserted, only about 4 cars in the parking lot over the entire course of our 3 day, 2 night stay (Thursday - Saturday).

Pool had green water. Pool guy came and still couldn't get in the pool because water was green. The patio furniture was dirty- filled with bird poop and the other furniture by the pool was broken.
Close to Biloxi
The elevator was out of order so we had to carry luggage up to the third floor. The entire facility had a wet mold stench that was intolerable. This motel has not been renovated in 20 to 30 years. I am reporting the poor conditions to the Ocean Springs Health Department. We had to request a move to a second room because the first room smelled like mold. The swimming pool water was green. If we had not prepaid through Trivago we would not have stayed there.
The staff were not accommodating at all, even though they weren’t full occupancy. It’s almost like we were assumed we were gonna do something wrong because someone else had. couldn’t get extra towels. It’s June and the pool was green. The security lighting was not good outside. There were many lights off. One of the employees was wearing bedroom slippers to work and stuck on her phone. For this reason, I would never recommend anybody go there use them for any reason. I was treated subhuman.

Nothing at all!!! After check in , I was told elevator didn’t work. We had to walk upstairs to the 3 rd floor. Stairs were nasty. Once entered the room it was a complete dump. The room wasn’t up to part. Light fixtures in ceiling was missing, wires were hanging. The closet was mildewed it was just awful!!!!! We didn’t stay not one night and still was charged. Very bad experience!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this dump to no one

Not clean, smelled like mold, elevator not working, pool nasty, bad customer service, bathroom not cleaned, severe stains in walls, super hard beds, linens not cleaned.
The elevator was inoperable my entire stay. Had to use the stairwell and it was dirty. The entire hotel gave water damage scents throughout the building. Water was leaking from the baseboard in my room near the corner wall by the window. Chair in room had visible mold or mildew stains on it. The scent made my head hurt. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room. Housekeeping only came into the room one time during my stay. They only changed the towels and took the trash. Beds were left unmade. The pool was ridiculous and unclean. There was visible algae around the side wall of the pool and at the bottom.
Location was good. The bathroom was nice and appears clean.
The hotel itself smelled musty, moldy. The room smelled stuffy and moldy.
