BREAKFAST WAS NOT GOOD. WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER WAS VERY LOW, AND THE WATER DIDN'T GET HOT. CHECK IN STAFF WAS GREAT. ALL STAFF AFTER HAD NASTY ATTITUDES. I HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND HAD TO CHECK OUT A DAY EARLIER, AND SHE WOULD NOT CHECK ME OUT. SHE TOOK THE ROOM KEY, THOUGH.

I ASKED THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK FOR A PAPER PLATE AND A PLASTIC FORK, AND SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT GIVE ME ONE AND JUST LOOKED AT ME.

Pros:

The jacuzzi tub was dirty and the handle was broken on the tub. The water for the shower would not get hot. The wall and ceiling of the room was cracking and there was bugs in the room also the microwave didn't work. I was very unhappy with my stay.

The highway view

Cons:

The elevators did not work the entire stay. We had to use the stairwell to the third floor with our luggage. No renovations were in progress. Carpets were stained. The pool was cloudy. There was no protein for breakfast options the entire weekend. The air conditioning when switched to heat set the fire alarm off inside the room. Our shower knob was stripped and couldn’t get it to stay on hot.

I wish the experience could have been better
Cons:

The elevator didn’t work. We was told by guest that it’s been broken over a year. The tiles in the bathroom were not up to par and the hot water didn’t work and we had to take the stairs .
