There is nothing good about this hotel except the proximity to Airport
The extra charges asked from me for drop to the airport despite having a confirmation mail from them that my request would be entertained without extra charges.
I hate it when people go back on their commitment. Its not about the extra charge. It is about keeping a promise to ensure that a customer is happy
Food is good decent, location is good very near to airport cost is little higher
The room size is very small little congested it was a shot say so managed people at reception area not that frendly and not sounding frendly interaction experience was not good
Location to airport, only reason to stay
Pretty much everything apart from location
Air conditioner was old and barely making room cold.
No hand towels in bath room
No ceiling fan.
Check in was painful since they didn't accept documents.

We made a last minute booking and checked in at 11.30pm and we out of the hotel by 6.30pm the next day so not much to say. The front desk were very helpful.
Room service took a long time to arrive and the chicken burger was very questionable! We could not eat it
Food at the restaurant
Cleanliness of room. Cleanliness of linen. Everything was pale yellow and work out. Overall gave a very dirty feeling Room 101. The bathroom smell of cigarettes smoke all the time.. when I went to the corridor first floor it was filled with cigarette smoke. I walked past another room 106 and it seemed people were smoking openly inside. Complained but no action
