Bed was comfortable and breakfast was pretty good with options for hot or cold breakfast.
Second night room was refreshed with towels but nobody made the bed. After a long day really was kinda disappointing but otherwise everything was great.
The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were a bit small but there were many of them.
I asked for a late check out, I only asked for one extra hour. I'm a traveling nurse and I work 3rd shift, I just wanted 1 more hour of sleep before starting my 2 1/2 hour drive home. They were not able to accommodate. Could they not have cleaned other rooms and cleaned mine last? You can't check in before 3pm, so me leaving at 12:00 would have given them 3 hours to clean my room. Won't be staying there again for the rest of my 13 week contract, some other nurses told me Best Western is very accommodating to travel nurses.
Loved the room. The size is the towels!
We were put by the elevator so the traffic never stopped. Noisy.

Staff was MIA most of our stay. Room wasn’t cleaned very well. Towels had dirt on them.
