Overall satisfied.
Pros:

The staff was very good, day manager was exceptional and very helpful. He deserves a good raise definitely. He is one of the sources of satisfaction for the hotel.

Cons:

Mattress was sagging in one side and then not comfortable, guessing old mattress. We talked to the day manager and they changed the room for the second day. And a bit far from downtown. Took 40-50 mins to get there with traffic.

Only the mattress

Cons:

The hotel is very run down, it has no maintenance whatsoever, it's dirty, if you go down after 8 pm there's no food left for breakfast, you have to eat whatever's left over, and they don't clean the rooms. There were cobwebs on the window and the ceiling.
