Cons:

Had to ask for clean sheets. Beds were stained. Beds were hard.My room door wouldn't lock without picking up the door. Front desk attendant knew about the door. Breakfast area was ok but not well kept. Had 2 nights booked but only stayed one.

Pros:

Nothing was dirty, small Parking lot, rude and unfriendly front desk staff, rude people staying in there.

Cons:

Expensive they did not disclose prices when I emailed them, when I was there they were trying to charge me almost $300 and a costumer for hearing me speaking in a another language since I speak multiple languages she curse me, very small parking lot.

It was close to airport. Stayed one night and parked vehicle there during our trip.

Cons:

They advertise free parking but if you leave your vehicle parked there during your trip they do charge a daily fee. Also they have free airport shuttle but the earliest they leave is 6am. Unfortunately we had to pay for a taxi because we needed one before that time and that was the reason we stayed here was for the airport shuttle, so keep that in mind. I also text these people about cost of parking beforehand and I hadn't received any message back so call in if you can and hope someone answers.

Attention shuttle PAS gratuit
Cons:

J'ai dû attendre le shuttle gratuit pendant plus d'une heure à l'aéroport. Il n'est jamais venu et j'ai dû payer le taxi (25 usd) de mes propres moyens. Même si j'avais communiqué par e-mail avec eux à 3 reprises, ils n'ont jamais répondu à mes messages. J'ai demandé à être remboursée par une ristourne sur le prix de la chambre. Ils ont refusé et m'ont ri au nez.

Si j'avais su que ce serait une arnaque, j'aurais payé 25 usd de plus pour avoir une bonne et propre chambre d'hôtel dans un meilleur hôtel avec réellement un shuttle gratuit.

Je n'irai plus jamais chez eux!!
