Betty was the best. Friendly, funny and very helpful.
Pros:

The break fast was a little disappointing. The juices seemed like they were watered down. Location was good. Easy to walk to places to eat.

Rooms are not clean, and customer service sucks.

Cons:

We traveled to Richmond to watch our son compete in Special Olympics. I booked the hotel, and paid early so we could have a place to stay while there. We got to the property, got our key and went to check the room. The room had roaches. We turned around and gave the keys back to the front desk. The lady was very rude about why we were leaving. We had to go get a room at another hotel and haven’t received a response, or a single penny back for the room with roaches.

Comfortable room and good quality for the price
Pros:

Very pleasant staff and close to lots of restaurants and a Meijer

Cons:

We didn’t have a tv remote, which was not a big deal because there were buttons on the back of the tv, and our bathroom door didn’t latch, which again, not a big deal
