I was offered another room upon request. Staff handled it professionally & was understanding. Great stay overall.

The worst stay ever

Nothing at all

Cons:

We woke up to bed bugs and had to throw away anything that had been on the bed. They came in and cleaned and changed the sheets but the next day same thing more bugs not only in the beds but also went to warm up my food and there was 3 bugs crawling in the microwave. Not to mention the dang AC was leaking to the point the floor was soaking wet and ruined 2 of my husbands shirts causing us to have to go spend extra money to replace them for the event we were there for. Overall a horrible stay
