Nice hotel, bad customer service.

Nice room

Cons:

The front desk said they didn't have any room keys and they had to unlock my door for me. Not only is that a safety concern but it's also kind of sad that a nice hotel like this can't provide the bare minimum for its guests!

Wouldn't stay here again and definitely over priced.
Pros:

Wasn't much that I really liked about the hotel. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Pool was down, mold in rooms, cabinets, and shower. Bad smell in room. Had to change to a different room. Furniture was stained very bad.

Very uncomfortable and miserable!

Cons:

After a seven hour drive, we had to make our own beds bc our sheets were dirty and stained. The bathroom toilet broke, so we could not flush it. The carpets were also heavily stained. We finally got moved to a different room the next day, but it was not much better. The manager refused to give us any type of discount.

I was offered another room upon request. Staff handled it professionally & was understanding. Great stay overall.
