We did not try the breakfast because my husband and I left the hotel within a few minutes after arriving.

We had prepaid for the full stay, but the condition of the room was unacceptable. The room was very dirty, including the shower and the surfaces in the room. The towels and sheets had black stains and looked old and unclean. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there.

Because of these conditions, we left immediately and booked another hotel. We paid for three nights, but our money has still not been refunded.

In my opinion, Booking.com should not work with properties in this condition or offer such rooms to guests.

The closeness to the airport is not worth your self-respect.

The only thing likable about this property is the location next to the airport.

It’s so filthy!!! The floors will turn your socks black. The towels are stained and nasty. The pool will turn your stomach. The only thing they had for breakfast was Coffee, Fruit Loops and Frosted Flakes. The audacity to check people in these dirty rooms is just disrespectful. The staff are nice. They gave me another room but it was just as dirty as the first room minus the hole in the bathroom wall. I sat in the lobby and watched them “mop” the floor with a spray bottle and a towel attached to long handle. No bucket, no water! Just smearing dirt all over the place with a pleasant smell (likely with the same towels they use to give to the guests). The nerve to advertise breakfast included lol!!!! I wish this platform allowed more pics. Trust me, I’m being very nice with this review. Management should give the staff the things needed to make this place better. Also, add fresh fruit to breakfast, fix the juice machine, and the yogurt machine. Remove the container for bread and the food warmer if you’re going to keep them empty. Don’t have breakfast props on the counter to aggravate guests.

Pros:

I’m still waiting for refund . I haven’t received a refund from this property as they said they would cancel my reservation because property wasn’t up to standards .

Was One of the Worst 20 minutes of my life...
Cons:

I didn't like anything honestly... Maybe just the gentleman at the front desk, he was there to do his job, was very respectful. Can't blame the room on him. I hated the mold, the black boot marks on the comforter, the cum stains on the chair, the roach, the broken phone, the broken lock, nasty black bathtub bottom ( it's supposed to be white ), 1 towel that was literal hand towels. No bath or sink products and I had to ask for a remote... I left , and all we wanted was some sleep.

Cons:

Its very dirty. Curtains hanging half way down walls were dirty. Stains on all linens and walking on floors turns socks black and feet black.
No breakfast as advertised and charged for.
Ac filters were laying on the floor. Rooms smelled like smoke.
